Creative home stager Becky Moyer has moved many times as a military spouse. She has bought and redone several of her own homes so she can truly appreciate the extra demands a family may endure throughout what can be a very emotional and stressful time in their lives. The first house she completed had multiple families competing to rent it and the next was scooped up 20 minutes after the sign was posted in the front yard!

Home staging is a marketing strategy. Becky is capable of taking a room or house and making it look so gorgeous that potential buyers are excited about the prospect of living there.

SERVICES OFFERED BY INDY HOME STAGING PRO LLCThe initial consultation with Indy Home Staging is for a minimum of 2 hours, flat fee and an hourly rate thereafter.

During those 2 hours, Becky will:

• Go room by room with a critical eye and give client an action plan to make each space look its absolute best

• Will give suggestions for best curbside appeal• Will make suggestions for organizing, de-cluttering, de-personalizing and neutralizing• Will identify weaknesses with furniture –the arrangement, is there too much? Too little? Or

none at all? Does the room have a good flow about it?

Additional services offered by Indy Home Staging at an hourly rate:

• If home is empty, Becky Moyer will be able to estimate and resource rental furniture to maximize each rooms’ best potential

• Will assist in plan/budget for repairs or updates where needed throughout the home• Can supply contractor referrals for DIY clients if needed• Can coordinate / oversee all contractor activities if needed• Will do personal shopping ( Artwork, accessories, articles for staging purposes)• Color consultation-Whether you’re choosing colors for your current home or for one you

plan to sell, she can help you choose the color palette that suits your needs best.• Will provide digital photos (before and after shots for marketing if Becky does the staging)

She looked forward to each new assignment because it was then that she was able to live out her passion, transforming their latest house into home. She always prided herself in getting the imagined “look” as inexpensively as possible, especially since she knew it was temporary.

After working for the Department Of Defense for almost 25 years, she took an early retirement to pursue her passion of helping other people get their homes looking their absolute best.. whether they are preparing to sell or just wanting to turn their home into a reflection of themselves.
