The SiteThe Charleston Trade Center is one of Greater Charleston’s most anticipated industrial campuses that is expected to deliver in 2017. After breaking ground in 2016, the Charleston Trade Center is soon complete its first building of 307,353 s.f. that is expandable to 922,953.
This Class-A industrial campus is located at the epicenter of Charleston MSA’s growth. Just off the new Sheep Island Interchange from I-26, the Charleston Trade Center offers tenants an economic driver proximity that is unparalleled to its competitors - within 30 miles to all the area’s major economic drivers including the new Volvo plant, the Charleston International Airport, Daimler, Boeing, and all the Port of Charleston terminals.
