Introduction

Our experience in the liquids treatment (mixing,dispersion, emulsion, etc.) is directly connectedto more than 40 years of experience in the designand manufacture of metering pumps and dosingsystems for water treatment.

During this period of time Seko has focused itsattention on the needs expressed by customerswho operate in various areas and acquire themost advanced engineering and calculationsystems for finite elements or fluid dynamicsanalysis software and offered its customerssolutions that are in line with or above theirexpectations.

The combination between experience andtechnology that already characterizes Seko inother areas is the guarantee for the quality andthe reliability of its products.

CFD calculation Software

The development of our work is determined by the process engineering whoseevolution allows us to find new technological solutions for our line of mixers.

The quality is planned before being produced and, following this line ofinnovation, we have introduced in our system the CFD* (Computational FluidDynamics) calculation software which allows a detailed study of the mixer’sbehavior in the conditions required by our customers.

The CFD technique allows us to study all the elements of our mixers in anysituation and at the same time to verify the fluid’s behavior while the mixer is inoperation.

In this way, we can simulate the mixer’s behavior in its working conditions, providesolutions regarding the best way of installation, maximize the performance/power consumption relation and drastically reduce the Global Cost of Ownership.

This operation mode allows us to guarantee our customers that the solutionoffered is definitely appropriate to their process.

*CFD (Compuntational Fluid Dynamics) is a software that studies the movement of fluids and its effect on theboundary elements.
