Following rules apply for the presentations assigned:
1. All the presentations will be held in respective lab groups
according to assigned schedule.2. Duration of each presentation
will be 10 minutes followed by 5 minute Q & A session.3.
Departure from allocated time will result in deduction of marks.4.
Any student found absent from his/her lab group will face
cancellation of his/her presentation
which carries 40% weightage in overall grading of subject.5. No
change in date or precedence of presentation is allowed.6. The
marking of each presentation will include following considerations,
each having equal
weightage:
a. Quality of contents of presentationb. Good start of
presentationc. Proper sequence of presentationd. Use of
transitions, visuals, case studies etc.e. Body Language, gestures,
movementsf. Clarity of voice and communicationg. Confidence and
enthusiasmh. Eye Contacti. Proper ending of presentation j. Time
factor
