1. TITLE TRANSFORMER WITHSTAND TEST
2. SCOPE
TRANSFORMER INDUCE TEST3. OBJECTIVE
This is to assure that the requirements of electrical individual test works are meets the codes requirements and contract specifications. To make sure, the works are carried out in acceptable workmanship and follow the requirements in the quality manual.

4.4 Standard for hand-over test of electric equipment electric equipment installation engineering ( GB Standard 50150-2006 ). 4.5 Transformer JEAC-5001-845. RISK AND SAFETY PRECAUTION
5.1 Everyone must wear safety helmet when come into construction site and tie safety belt when work at height.

5.3 If happen anything abnormal, the testing must be stopped, and strengthen test warding.
5.4 Clean all tools and instruments, prevent something to leave on instrument after test; if some wires are changed, it need be restored after test.

7.1 Visual Inspection
7.1.1 Check the nameplate of Transformer is identical or not 7.1.2 Check oil level, has been filled to transformer and conservator of
main tank and OLTC 7.1.3 Check grounding connection good or not7.1.4Transformer must be freely from external connection, primary and secondary connection.7.2.4 Insulation resistance - Use 5000V insulation resistance tester, record the environment temperature and moisture while measuring, the value should be not less than 1M/kilo Volt in normal temperature condition. - PI value of the machine = 10 minute / 1 minute value.
( PI value shall not less than 1.2 and the unballance result value
of each phase must not more than twist / 2x ).
Insulation resistance must be measured before and after applied voltage test.
7.3 Power Frequency Induce Test7.3.1` Precaution Transformer oil in good condition.
Insulation resistance of the all winding must have value 1M/kiloVolt or more and have IP 1.2 or more.
During testing, excitation current must be constant.
