COST PROPOSAL

$460,000 is the anticipated Federal award for funding Assistive Technology Act initiatives. It is the State’s intent to use all of this funding to meet the objectives of the ATAP. Cost Proposals will be scored based on each Respondent’s ability to efficiently use the AT grant funding to maximize the benefit to constituents with Assistive Technology needs. All Cost Proposal submissions must equal the total ATA funding amount of $460,000. Cost Proposals exceeding $460,000 will be considered non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. All Cost Proposals will be measured against the State’s baseline aggregate overhead rate for this project. Historically, 15% of Assistive Technology Grant Program funding has been allocated to overhead costs. Points will be awarded based on the Respondent’s proposed overhead rate below the current baseline of 15% and will be assigned as follows: To clarify, the State is interested in contracting with a vendor that both minimize overhead costs associated with the administration of the ATAP, while maximizing the objectives of the ATAP to qualified constituents.
