Auxiliary installations
We construct substations, both open air and GIS, for high speed lines with 1x25 kV and 2x25 kV feeding systems.
We install transformer centers and energy distribution systems to feed installations around a railway facility.
For DC electrified railways, we build rectifier substations.
We provide EPC turnkey projects for the installation of catenary system in new lines or existing lines to be electrified.
We build and install autotranformer centers for high speed lines with 2x25 kV feeding system.
When existing catenary systems may require, we renew and upgrade existing installation without service interruption.

Efficiency Savings Delivered…
By means of:
- Detailed engineering
- Investment in plant & machinery
- Planning & Programing
- Quality control
INABENSA Foundations construction: From digging to drilling
Excavator works for a long time
Big surface affecting other systems
Difficulties on mast adjustment
High costs on concrete, labuor & shuttering
Gravity foundations…
Faster drilling works
Smaller surface
Easy reference for mast location & adjustment
Investment in plant and machinery
Quality control
Cylindrical foundations…

Pole erection is optimised work if all fittings have been pre-assembled
Assembly of all fittings prior to pole erection
Safer work
Cost optimisation
Execution period improvement
INABENSA Cantilever assembly and transportation to site
Key factors for a successful cantilever assembly
Cantilever design
Actual position from mast to track
Design and design quality control

Cantilever assembly
Manufacturing jig design
Assembly and assembly quality control
INABENSA Cantilever assembly and transportation to site
Cantilever installation: marking and transportation
Ordered transportation to site
Unique labeling of each cantilever identifying mast number and location.
Cantilevers must be stacked in correct order to avoid time wasting looking for the right one and transported in “goal post” cradles to prevent damage.

INABENSA Catenary wiring: the quality factor
Performance
1st step: Laying messenger wire on pulleys
2nd step: Tensioning MW
3rd step: Midpoint anchor installation
4th step: Laying contact wire
5th step: Tensioning CW
6th step: Pulleys removal
Quality
Variable wiring speed: Micro undulations might
appear
Risks
Copper wires on pulleys are easily stolen
