We’re also close friends with [Chinese Laundry CEO] Bob Gold- man, and he always takes us to the best classic Italian trattorias. Must-see new exhibitor: Elie Tahari “I was in town a few years ago for a birthday celebration with friends. We had a great dinner at Nobu and then moved to the Hard Rock Casino. One of my friends had talked about betting on red 7 all weekend, and when her moment finally came, she got nervous and didn’t do it. Of course, we watched it hit on red 7. We couldn’t believe it — all that talk and she missed it! Well, we made a bit too much noise over the whole thing and were escorted out. I can honestly say I never expected to get kicked out of a casino, but there you go — you never know what will happen in Vegas.” COYE NOKES’ CONFESSION
