This article presents the results of an investigation of the stylistic variation of the sellers from the Mall Megamall, sellers of the Mall Sanandresito Centro and peddlers of Bucaramanga's city. This from the styles that were achieved to frame thanks to the social variables of age, genre and level of education of each one of the informants. The investigated demos is constituted by informants of ages between nineteen and eighty years. To carry out the study, a survey was realized by several questions which appear towards the search of the variation existing and used by sellers of different social classes, genre, age, among others. It is for this the statistics and the results achieve to demonstrate that the stylistic variation meets notably marked by linguistic factors and sociolinguistics as the style, the accommodation, the adaptability, the stratification, etc. Where each of the informants use a style of speech determined to achieve the goal proposed in their respective sales. This investigation is realized in order to achieve a considerably complete analysis of the stylistic variation in Bucaramanga's city since, in the different sectors a fragmentation is highlighted in the norm of the language which they realize it specifically for the communication and dialog with the possible buyer, this is represented by variations of the style so much formally and informally of every seller, thanks to this are recognized the ends that are completely opposite which were a great help in our research. This article presents the results of an investigation of the stylistic variation of the sellers from the Mall Megamall, sellers of the Mall Sanandresito Centro and peddlers of Bucaramanga's city. Resumen

En este artículo se presenta los resultados de una investigación sobre la variación

estilística de los vendedores del Centro Comercial Megamall, vendedores del Centro

Comercial Sanandresito Centro y vendedores ambulantes de la ciudad de Bucaramanga.

Esto a partir de los estilos que se lograron enmarcar gracias a las variables sociales de

edad, género y nivel de escolaridad de cada uno de los informantes. La población

investigada está constituida por informantes de edades entre diecinueve y ochenta años.

Para llevar a cabo el estudio, se realizó una encuesta con varias preguntas las cuales

apuntan hacia la búsqueda de la variación existente y utilizada por vendedores de

diferentes clases sociales, género, edad, entre otras. Es por esto que la estadística y los

resultados logran demostrar que la variación estilística se ve notablemente marcada por

factores lingüísticos y sociolingüísticos como el estilo, la acomodación, la

adaptabilidad, la estratificación, etc. Donde cada uno de los informantes utilizan un

estilo de habla determinado para lograr la meta propuesta en sus respectivas ventas.

Esta investigación se realiza con el fin de lograr un análisis de la variación estilística

considerablemente completo en la ciudad de Bucaramanga puesto que, en los diferentes

sectores se resalta una fragmentación en la norma de la lengua la cual la realizan

específicamente para la comunicación y diálogo con el posible comprador, esto es

representado con variaciones del estilo tanto formal e informal de cada vendedor,

gracias a esto se reconocen los extremos que son completamente opuestos los cuales

fueron una gran ayuda en nuestra investigación.
