Bill is a graduate of the 256th session of the FBI National Academy. He also serves as a master instructor with the FBINAA’s Comprehensive Officer Resilience Train-the-Trainer Program™ and is a member of the FBINAA’s Officer Safety and Wellness Committee. As a strategic account manager and public safety liaison with Acadia Healthcare’s Treatment Placement Specialists® team, Bill provides specialized treatment guidance for public safety personnel, first responders, and families who may find themselves in a personal crisis.

The Importance Of Confidentiality Confidentiality is important in any case of mental health concern or substance use, and this is particularly true for those involving the law enforcement community. Our team of Treatment Placement Specialists® treats client confidentiality with the highest priority and ensures that the placement process is 100% HIPAA-compliant as we navigate the treatment landscape.

In collaboration with the FBINAA, Officer Safety and Wellness Committee, and other organizational resources, the Treatment Placement Specialists® team can provide training to your members on topics including officer/agent resiliency, suicide awareness, peer support, and more. Working With Your Public Safety LiaisonIf you or one of your fellow officers or agents is in need, guidance is one phone call away. Acadia’s public safety liaison is available to you and will stay with you through the entire treatment cycle. Our public safety liaison can connect you with a Treatment Placement Specialist® in your area who is trained to triage law enforcement and public safety cases. In collaboration with the individual in need and their family, if requested, our team will find the most appropriate treatment centers at the proper level of care to best meet the unique financial, clinical, and spiritual requirements of each person. We are with you from the initial phone call all the way to continuing care.
