ADDITIONAL DELIVERIESCurrently, we have two scheduled additional deliveries for you before the cruise (see below). Of course, we will provide you with any important additional information if needed.

PERSONAL INFORMATIONPlease review this information. If you wish to modify any of the items

listed, just email us at [email protected]. Please include your reservation number for proper attribution. Changes made to an existing reservation are complimentary until 60 days prior to the sailing. Changes made after this time are subject to a $150 charge.

CALLS TO ACTION IN THIS DOCUMENT:• Confirm Name(s) on Reservation Matches Passport. Please note that to be able to board the

ship, the FIRST and LAST name on your reservation must match the name on your passport precisely. (Middle name information is not required.) Otherwise, you will need to provide an original copy of proof of name change (marriage license, etc).

• Confirm Mailing Address For Cruise Package. The Cruise Package will be delivered to the address utilized for this mailing around 45 days prior to the cruise. If you wish to have this package sent to a different mailing address, please let us know prior to October 31, 2018.

• Review Your T-Shirt Size. One of the staples of our cruise programs is that everyone receives a commemorative, complimentary T-Shirt to wear at our T-Shirt Party. Your T-Shirt will be delivered to your stateroom during the cruise. There will be a T-Shirt Exchange on the cruise for those who need to swap their T-Shirt for another available size, but please check the size(s) we have on file in any event.

• Review Your Main Show Time Information. As part of the reservation process you chose to attend either the 1st Main Show each evening (which begins between 6:30pm – 7:00pm, nightly) or the 2nd Main Show (which begins between 9:00pm – 9:30pm, nightly). Please check to see if your choice was properly entered. Please note that great care is taken to divide our guests evenly between 1st and 2nd Shows to ensure comfortable seating. It is highly unlikely that your choice can be changed now or on the ship.

• Dining Groups/Reservations. If you are traveling with a group that desires to dine together, we strongly encourage you to establish a Dining Group. Doing so will allow us to create a dedicated reservation at an assigned table for the duration of the trip in the main dining rooms. To establish this group, please email us at [email protected] with the names of the guests in your party. We can accept requests for reservations and Dining Groups until one (1) month prior to the sail date, after which your dining requirements will need to be completed on the ship.

• Guest Special Needs. Please complete the applicable items no less than 60 days prior to sailing. • Scooter and Wheelchair Rental. Special Needs at Sea is the exclusive supplier for Norwegian. Additional information can be found on www.specialneedsatsea.com/about-us/cruise-lines/norwegian-cruise-line/ or by contacting them directly at 800.513.4515. • Complex Food Allergies and/or Other Needs. THEME NIGHTSEach night of the cruise is highlighted by a theme that is selected to enrich the Star Trek experience for all guests. Most of the themes allow for appropriate costumes or attire. Though “dressing the part” is never required, we have found that doing so is fun for both those wearing the items and those viewing them.

The Starfleet Pajama Jam After a day of warp-speed travel, there is no better way to relax and party than in your most comfy PJs. The Starfleet Pajama Jam will put the exclamation point on night one of your un-conventional voyage on Star Trek: The Cruise III. Come dressed in your favorite Star Trek pajamas or as your favorite Star Trek character decked out in pajamas. Then, dance the night away or sing your favorite karaoke song at our late-night party.

From Holodeck to Groovy Deck This year’s Holodeck party is a slingshot around the sun back to the 1960s. In addition to wearing classic TOS uniforms, boost the engines with flower power by breaking out your bell bottoms, love beads and anything else that says “We Reach!” Get ready to suit up and get down for an evening of groovy tunes and far out cosplay.

Q's Costume Party The pan-galactic prankster is back, and ready for more hijinks and horseplay. Q, who has appeared to us as everything from a Franciscan monk, an interstellar judge, a 16th century sea captain and an Aldebaran serpent, is the only choice to host this year’s costume party! Prepare your most elaborate, outrageous and imaginative outfit, as the competition shall be wilder than a Nausicaan on payday.

Risa's Festival Of The Moon Party It’s on Risa where we let it all hang out. Slip into your most comfortable island apparel and Vacation with a capital V. Our tribute to Starfleet’s Pleasure Planet is a festive night under the stars with cool rhythms on Caribbean winds. As you drink and dance, keep your eyes peeled for a Horga’hn!

Intergalactic Gala The Captain requests your company for a time-honored tradition. Representatives from across the quadrant wearing their most formal attire, from silver-plated Klingon baldrics to UFP medals of valor to the mighty TNG skant, will gather for an important evening of cultural exchange. Terran representatives wishing to keep it “a little more down to earth” are welcome, too. This festive night puts the gala in galaxy.

'The Voyage Home' As we Star Trek fans know, “All Good Things…” But as we pack our bags, there’s still time for one more adventure. This is the last hurrah, and surely there’s one outfit you’ve still got that’s clean, right?

ONBOARD ITEMSNow that you have been issued the reservation number, you can begin to review and purchase packages online through Norwegian’s website to enhance your cruise experience.

Go to any of the links below to access this information.• Beverage Packages: www.ncl.com/onboard-packages/beverage packages• Internet Packages: www.ncl.com/onboard-packages/internet-packages • Excursions: www.ncl.com/shore-excursions• Autographs and Photographs There’s nothing better than collecting

an autograph in person or having your photo taken with one of your favorite celebrities. If you elect to do so, you can do just that on the cruise. To purchase tickets for these special opportunities, go to www.startrekthecruise.com/autographs

SPECIALTY DINNER RESERVATIONSThere are several very exciting Specialty Dining (restaurants for which there is an upcharge) opportunities on the Norwegian Jade. Each has its own identity, décor and menu so it is truly a new dining experience in each restaurant. Go to www.ncl.com/onboard-packages/dining-packages for dining options.

Klingon Karnivoria Just as it sounds, the Klingon Karnivoria is a meat-heavy restaurant inspired both by the Brazilian churrascarias of Earth as well as the feasting halls of Qo’noS! Though no food will be served live, proud Klingons will be able to dine on gagh, pipius claw, heart Of targ and krada leg accompanied by a flagon of bloodwine followed by a steaming mug of raktajino. Visitors who

feel themselves worthy to take their repast in such a warrior’s climate will feel no slight against their honor should they choose a more traditional, delicious Terran dish, in a table-side setting.

Quark’s Bistro Dim the lights, grab a cloth napkin and for the Nagus’ sake don’t slouch! Quark’s longtime dream of operating a fine dining establishment – the type of place Cousin Gaila might go to – has finally come true! There’s nary a tube grub on the menu. Only the most tantalizing delectables like Captain Picard’s Canapes to Jumbo Romulan Mollusks. Quark has negotiated trades for some of the finest wines in the Quadrant, plus desserts that would make a certain Betazoid Counselor quiver. You’ll definitely want to splurge one night and see

how a Ferengi with vision can pamper a Cruisegoer with class.

TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE CRUISE:• When Should I Arrive/Schedule My Flights? THE DAY BEFORE THE

CRUISE. Unless you reside within a comfortable driving distance from Port Miami, we recommend that you arrive in Miami area the night before the cruise. This helps mitigate last minute travel hiccups, and hopefully gives you a night’s rest before the fun starts.

• Pre-cruise Hotel The Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon is the official pre-cruise hotel for Star Trek: The Cruise III. At this time, 100% of our allotment of rooms has been reserved, but, you are welcome

to either check with the hotel for cancellations or call upon alternate hotels. We do not have an arrangement or a special rate for any other hotels. As a friendly reminder, this cruise begins on Friday.

• Pre-Cruise Hotel Pickup: If you are staying at the Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon the night before the cruise, we will take you to the port! The morning of the cruise can be confusing and cause anxiety, we want to make sure that our Guests staying in the Pre-cruise Hotel have

no worries or concerns about getting to the ship. For $15/person, we will take you from the Pre-Cruise Hotel to the port. Your luggage will be loaded on the motor coach by our team and you will be assisted at the port by another set of porters. No tips. No lifting. The Pre-Cruise Hotel Pick Up Service is the perfect way to make the morning of the cruise as easy as possible for you. To register, simply email [email protected] to add to your reservation. You will receive an email with boarding times for the buses approximately 15 days prior to the cruise.

• Boarding the Ship Boarding on the day of the cruise begins by noon. If you wish to avoid the “crunch time” for guests going through registration, we recommend arriving at the pier at 1:30pm. The ship leaves promptly at 4:00pm and there is a mandatory safety drill at 3:15pm, so we ask that everyone arrive at the pier no later than 3:00pm.

• Departing the Ship The ship returns to port by 7:00am the day of disembarkation. Due to the time it takes to clear Customs and Immigration at the cruise terminal and to navigate security checkpoints at the airport, it is difficult to estimate what time you will be able to depart the port for the airport. (However, if you are willing to carry your own luggage off the ship, you may be able to leave the port as early as 8:00am if disembarkation proceeds without issue). To be safe, we do not recommend any flight scheduled prior to 11:00am from the Miami airport or 1:00pm from the Ft. Lauderdale airport. Depending on traffic, the Miami airport is 20 minutes from Port Miami.

• Last Call In any event, all guests will be required to disembark by 9:30am. Fines are imposed for failure to adhere to this requirement.

IMMIGRATION/PASSPORT REQUIREMENTSTravel Documentation for U.S. Citizens – Passport We strongly

recommend that guests travel with a valid passport with an expiration date of not less than six (6) months after their cruise. Though a passport is not a requirement for boarding the ship, it may become vital for guests who may need to fly out of the United States to meet their ship at the next available port should they miss their scheduled embarkation in a U.S. port; guests entering the U.S. at the end of their cruise; and guests needing to fly to the U.S. before their cruise ends because of medical, family, personal or business emergencies, missing a ship’s departure from a port of call, involuntary disembarkation from a ship due to misconduct, or other reasons. Guests who must fly to the United States before their cruise ends will likely experience significant delays and complications related to booking airline tickets and entering the United States if they do not have a valid U.S. passport with them.

Travel Documentation for U.S. Citizens – Passport AlternativeFor voyages that begin and end in the same U.S. Port, in lieu of a

passport, U.S. citizens may travel provided they have BOTH a Government-issued birth certificate and a Government-issued picture ID card, such as a driver’s license. (A ‘birth certificate’ is issued by a government agency (state, county, city, etc.). This document (with seal and signature) is legal proof of citizenship that can be used by U.S. citizens for certain international travel. A ‘birth notice’ is issued by a hospital or other type of medical facility but it is not an approved travel document. It is a courtesy document that merely indicates where a birth occurred. It has no legal status and cannot be used to prove citizenship for international travel purposes.

Non-U.S. Guests All non-U.S. Guests must have a VALID PASSPORT of their country of origin. There are no substitutes for this requirement. A valid passport is one that expires more than six (6) months after the date the cruise disembarks. Further, each non-U.S. Guest is required to secure any visas or permits required to visit or ports of call.

Please note: All guests will have to proceed through airport-style security to board the ship, where they will have their photograph taken, therefore full-face make-up and prosthetics are not permitted only when boarding. In addition, it is recommended for guests to leave any prop weapons at home as they may be flagged and confiscated by the ship security and will not be returned until the end of the voyage. Costumes and Cosplay are highly encouraged onboard as you will see from the various theme nights. We look forward to seeing you in full Star Trek regalia!
