No storage facility is available for uncollected works. Any work not collected on day will become the property of OHG

Conditions of Entry Entry

Artist to Keep Terms and Conditions of Exhibiting.

*Prize for first is $500 cash/$500 voucher. Second $500, third $200, Directors Award $100 and Primary and Secondary student prizes $100 each, consist of vouchers from SOUTHERN BUOY FRAMING & ART SUPPLIES that cannot be exchanged for cash. By submitting an entry, the artist of the work agrees and acknowledges that OHCAC may, at its discretion, photograph or otherwise reproduce an image of the work in part or in its entirety for the purposes of promoting OHCAC generally, or as part of this exhibition, by publication in any medium. Oak Hill Community Arts Co- Operative (OHCAC) will receive 25%commission on all work sold. Changes will not be accepted. All work must be available for sale. Work marked ‘not for sale’ will be excluded from the exhibition. Although the utmost care shall be exercised, OHCAC will not accept any responsibility for any damage or loss of art works left at the gallery. It shall be the responsibility of the exhibiting artist to secure applicable insurance, as they deem necessary. All artwork must be delivered on the requested day. If an artist's work is not received by the due date for hanging of the exhibition the work shall not be included in the exhibition and entry fees are forfeited. Work must be collected on the due date at the conclusion of the exhibition as we have no storage facility. Any uncollected work will become the property of OHCG and will be disposed at our discretion. Positioning of artwork by the curator is final. If work is deemed inappropriate or exhibition is over subscribed, the curator has the right to remove it from exhibition. In this event the decision will be final, entry fee will not be refunded and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry is open to original works by the exhibiting artist. SIZE LIMIT - We accept works up to 1 m on any edge. Larger works will be charged additional $10. Hanging wire / system is to be located 1/3 down from top on each work.

NB: Title, artist name, catalogue price is to be clearly marked on back of work. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in work not being hung, and entry fee forfeited. Those entering the Little Archies will be able to submit other Portraits for free to be exhibited in shop windows in Main Street Mornington as part of the Little Archies Portrait Prize Exhibition.
