Recently you or your spouse filed a dissolution ordivorce action in the Wayne County Common Pleas Court. Thecourt realizes that divorce is a very stressful experience forparents and children. Although spouses-may decide to end theirmarriage, your child or children will always need both parents.
In order to assist you, we have established a programwhich focuses on your child or children's needs during and afterthe divorce and how you can help him or her succeed. We haveenclosed a brochure about the program.
IT IS MANDATORY FOR EACH PARTY TO COMPLETE THEPROGRAM PRIOR TO THE FINAL HEARING.
You may register for the program by contacting theCounseling Center of Wayne and Holmes Counties, 2285 BendenDrive, Wooster,· Ohio 44691, 330-264-9029. Again, it ismandatory for each party to complete the program prior to thefinal hearing.
IF YOU FAIL TO ATTEND THE CLASS THE COURT WILL NOTFINALIZE YOUR DISSOLUTION/DIVORCE.

What to expect, ..
During and after divorce or dissolution, kids mayhave variousreactions:
• Becoming aggressive towardsiblings, defiant towardadults.
• Withdrawing from people oractivities ..
• Regressing in their behaviorand coping skills.
Parenting challenge: to seethe emotions behind the behaviors, and help your kids expressthose feelings safely and appropriately.
What is this class about?This class is for parents go
ing through a divorce or dissolution, and for others trying tostrengthen a coparenting relationship or cope with familychanges. Your instructor, JimFoley, will lead you through aNationwide Children's Hospitalcurriculum about issues thatcan arise for kids and familiesafter divorce, and how to takecare of yourself along the way.

Location: The Counseling Center ofWayne and Holmes Counties, 2285Benden Drive, Wooster 44691.
There will be one morning session(9:00 am to noon) each month, usually the second Monday and oneevening (6:00 pm to 9:00 pm) perMonth, usually the fourth Thursday.

Cost: $25, paid on arrival.
