MSF came to MD to compare RST to the BRC skill test

Participants in several classes took both tests

In BRC Update the MSF replaces skill test with RST

• Created two 25-question tests

• Customers with a valid learner’s permit did not have to take the test

• Developed a 15-question precourse assignment on Units II & III

• Remaining 35-questions became homework
