Introduction ● Research question

Does using a wellness program increase job satisfaction, performance, and decrease absenteeism?

● Why is it important? A simple addition to workplaces can improve an organization by having more efficient employees.

● What is our goal?To explore through surveys whether or not wellness programs and exercise impacts the success of an organization.

Limitations

- Only 60 respondents - Originally wanted to compare two

groups- changed our whole survey - participants responded to state

how much they use the program- JKJ- smaller, private company

- constantly supplied with health and wellness information

Conclusion

- Performance, Satisfaction, and Absenteeism are statistically significant

- Will be applied to real world businesses
