A. Purpose The purpose of this Addendum is to set forth requirement modifications to Appendix A - Freddie Mac XML Data Requirements, v1.0.4, 1/31/2012 ("Appendix A") of Freddie Mac's Implementation Guide for Loan Delivery Data, which must be incorporated into the Seller's loan delivery data files for implementation of the Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset Specification for Mortgages with Application Received Dates on or after 8/1/2012 delivered on or after 11/26/2012. This Addendum constitutes an amendment of Appendix A , and Appendix A should be read with reference to this Addendum . Upon publication of the next version of Appendix A , the changes identified in this Addendum will be incorporated into the new version of Appendix A . The changes identified in this Addendum will affect the other ULDD-related documents published on Freddie Mac's web site, such as Appendix D – Freddie Mac XML Data Requirements Reference Tool and the Freddie Mac XML Data Requirements Reference Tool for Phase I . Those ULDD documents should be read with reference to this Addendum .

B. Overview This Addendum dated 7/20/2012 supports a future ULDDS data collection requirement, and is provided to enable you to appropriately plan for upcoming changes. Although you should be concentrating on your Phase I implementation, please take note that processes and systems will need to be in place to start collecting these new data points by 8/1/2012, even though you do not need to deliver until 11/26/2012.1. As part of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued SEC Rule 15Ga-11, which requires all securitizers, including the GSEs (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), to publicly disclose information regarding ABS loan repurchase requests. One of the requirements of this Rule is to disclose the identity of the entity funding the applicable loan, as shown on the note. To meet this requirement, Sort IDs 641.1, 641.2, and 641.3 have been added to the ULDDS via this Addendum . These data points are presented in the order in which they occur in the MISMO 3.0 schema. 2. In addition to the data points required by the SEC, several additional requirements and clarifications to Appendix A are provided. These changes reflect feedback and testing with lenders and are intended to resolve questions that came to light during the implementation process. The updated requirements must be submitted for loans with Application Received Dates on or after 8/1/2012 starting on 11/26/2012. This Addendum will be incorporated into the Freddie Mac Implementation Guide for Loan Delivery Data Appendices at a future date.

A. Data Points May be Displayed by Addendum Date. To help users of this Addendum to identify which changes were published when, we are piloting a new format. Using the Filter functionality available within Excel , you can list the changes associated with any or all published Addenda.

B. Displaying Data for the July 20, 2012 Addendum . Highlight the first row of this sheet. Select [Data] from the Excel Menu. Select "Filter" from the Data submenu. Select the filter choices of "2012" AND "July" AND "All Addenda" AND "Reference". All the latest updates to Appendix A should be displayed. You should see only Green shading for All Addenda data points and Blue shading for changes made with the July 20, 2012 Addendum. The "All Addenda" data points were introduced in the January 31, 2012 Addendum and have not changed with the publication of this Adddendum. The "Reference" rows simply provide some context within the specification for the modified data points.

D. Delivering For Mortgages with Application Received Dates prior to 12/01/11, each required Special Characteristic Code (SCC) must be supplied using one of the following methods: Special Characteristic Codes (SCCs)

1) As all the ULDDS data points that map to that SCC, as directed on Guide Exhibit 34A or Seller’s negotiated term; or 2) As the identical 3-digit code using ULDDS Sort ID 368-InvestorFeatureIdentifier in the ULDD XML file.In this Addendum , this note affects the following Sort IDs: 38, 325, 328, 376, and 598.

Tab I - Read MeE. Using Data Points ending in "OtherDescription"

The MISMO v3.0 Definition for data points ending in "OtherDescription" is: "A free-form text field used to collect additional information when Other is selected for <Data Point Name>". The GSEs are limiting the use of this type of data point to an enumerated list defined by the GSEs. In the ULDDS, these fields are not free-form text fields.

O Joint ULDDS Format

This column lists the data types supported in the ULDD: • Amount n (999999999.99): Represents a number for the dollar amount, with n specifying the maximum number of digits allowed for the associated data point.• Boolean (false, true): MISMO data point terms ending with “Indicator” have values of "false" or "true". These values must be provided in lower case or the loan delivery XML file will fail schema validation.• Date (YYYY-MM-DD): Represents a specific date. The date must contain a dash (-) between the year, month, and day, for example, "2010-03-25". • Datetime (YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss): Represents both date and time. This data type can also be used to capture only the date. The date and time both must be provided unless directed otherwise. When provided, the date and time must be separated by the designator "T", for example, "2010-03-25T15:21:47". When only the date is specified, the designator "T" and the time value should NOT be included, for example, "2010-03-25".• Day (---DD): Represents the day of a month only. The DD (day) value must include three dashes prior to the two-digit date. For example, the fifteenth day of the month must be sent as: ---15.• Year (YYYY): Represents the four-digit year only, for example, "2010".• Enumerated (list of valid values): Represents a list of predefined values, and applies always to MISMO terms ending in “Type” and “OtherDescription”, and sometimes to terms ending in “Description,” “Code,” and “Identifier”. Each value must be delivered exactly as printed, following all spacing and capitalization or the loan delivery XML file will fail schema validation.• Numeric n (999999999): Represents whole numbers only with n specifying the maximum number of digits allowed for the associated data point. The numeric value must not contain commas "," or decimals ".".• Percent (999.9999 N.n): Represents arbitrary precision decimal numbers. For each decimal field, the total and fraction digits are specified. For example, the designation "3.4" means that the number of total digits N may not exceed 3 and the number of fraction digits n may not exceed 4. The following values are acceptable: "95.65", "1.55", ".3601", and "999". • String n: Represents a character string with n specifying the maximum number of characters allowed for the associated data point. Several data points (e.g., PostalCode and TaxpayerIdentifierValue) do not allow the value to contain dashes "-".

P FRE Supported Enumerations for App Rec'd Date ≥ 8/01/12

This column provides a list of predefined values, and applies always to MISMO terms ending in “Type” and “OtherDescription”, and sometimes to terms ending in “Description,” “Code,” and “Identifier”. Each value must be delivered exactly as printed, following all spacing and capitalization or the loan delivery XML file will fail schema validation. The cell is blank when associated data point does not have a predefined value.
