There have been some amazing things accomplished at GoServ Global this year. In addition to the service and volunteer statistics included earlier in this annual report, a number of challenges have been successfully dealt with this year including: • My learning more about this wonderful organization and getting to know our staff, country directors, board of directors, and our wonderful volunteers and donors

• An unfortunate lawsuit filed against the organization• The development of the first-ever Strategic Plan for GoServ Global• Improvements to the office including a new phone system, network server, updated financial software and new donor-based software.• Choosing a new name for our organization and the many details involved in rebranding• God blessed us financially through His committed donors which allowed us to turn a $100,000 deficit in July to ending the year over $100,000 in the black. Praise God!

Additional improvements and new ideas have been implemented, so that going forward, we are well-positioned to GoServ! wherever God chooses to lead us in 2016 and beyond.

As we look ahead I am particularly excited about several new initiatives and projects:• Sending our first missionary to Guatemala to plant a church and a Christian school• Building a birthing center in Haiti to serve women who live in remote areas• Building a recording studio where Christian Haitian artists can record Christian music in Creole for free distribution throughout Haiti. What a great way to spread the gospel! • A newly-approved budget that includes many other worthy projects.

I get so excited talking about the many people we have been able to serve this year at GoServ Global. Together we are World Changers. God is at work in a mighty way and we want to always remember to “GIVE GOD THE GLORY!!”
