1 Your one-stop immunity builder protocol

"The highest ideal of cure is the rapid, gentle and permanent restoration of health."- Dr. Samuel Hahnemann

Welcome to the infection-busting live-fire war zone.

The safest, fastest, most economical way out of here is this 5-phase protocol :

1. Meals aimed at all the 4 root causes of a deficient immune system; neo-scientifically.

2. Lifestyle that doesn't let your environment impair your immune defense &other organs

3. Body freed from chemicals which damage your immune organs

4. Fitness routine that delivers the energy, oxygenation, hormones, circulation, etc. necessary to kill infections

5. Mind aware of blind-spots; emotions gliding over pitfalls

These 5 phases encapsulate a complete neo-scientific framework to methodicallyoperationalize defunct immune processes, cell-by-cell. Your present diet & your present psycho-physical lifestyle are your enemies or allies (usually both) in thisbattle.

Once rectified, they are the weapons you need in this life-long warfare; sooner thebetter.

In http://MicroVitaSuperImmune.com we saw that the immune functions degrade dueto a cluster of biological processes becoming impaired (for e.g the ones in the spleento produce WBC's).

And it's 4 sets of root causes are (similar to other diseases) :

multiple toxicities (persistent lifestyle encumbrances)+ multigrade malnutrition (excess, deficient, fake, lifeless, unsuitable nutrients)

+ physical unfitness (impacts hormones for e.g.)+ psychological fallibility (aggravating factor)

One ignores this generalization to their own peril. I know that you may have triedmany things & here you are. It's encouraging that you are taking it as a loud &

clear call for upstating your diet and lifestyle in order to reform & refurbish your bio-logic infrastructure.

The bigger the problem, the more drastic a shift required. So with your mortalenemies now locked in your radar, are you all set to... Fire!?

2  Phase I : Meals aimed at the root causes of immunity; neo-scientifically

Since there's much more to diet than a bunch of nutrients, blood-typing, chewingeach morsel till it's liquified, washing away the pesticides from the surfaces of non-organic vegetables, keeping yourself hydrated, etc., we'll start with a preliminary listof don'ts (what not to eat):

Eliminate :

1. All non-vegitarian foods including seafoods e.g. oysters (seaweeds are highlyrecommended),

2. No unsaturated vegetable oils.3. Fried foods.4. Margarine and other hydrogenated fats.

5. Yeast based foods (baked breads & cakes); try yeast-free breads (eg. milletbread).

6. Pasteurized non-organic milk (organic milk tend to be pasteurized),

7. Nightshade foods : tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant & peppers/ capsicum. Theycontain solanine / sodium alkaloids which is pro-inflammatory. Yam is fine;actually recommended. Once in a while you may have boiled tomatoes withskin peeled off - & see if it goes well with you.

8. Coffee,9. Chocolate,

10. Alcohol,

11. Smoking / tobacco,

12. Refined sugar (use molasses, stevia, jaggery powder, palm sugar etc.),13. Corn syrup, HFC.,

14. Refined salt15. Refined flour,

16. No artificial sweeteners, e.g. Aspartame, Nutra Sweet,

Page 6: ImmunityBuildingProtocol

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/immunitybuildingprotocol 6/44

6

17. Processed canned foods,

18. Soda / pop / carbonated / energy / diet drinks,

19. Foods with artificial additives, e.g

• MSG - Mono Sodium Glutamate – hidden in most packagedfastfoods / snacks, processed / canned foods; & chinese foods. "MSG hasbeen found to be more toxic than all other food toxins, poisons andallergens.!!! Patients have stronger reactions to MSG than arsenic or mercury."

• Tartrazines found as preservatives in food dyes such as FD&Cyellow *5

• Azo colors and azo compounds (common colorings in someprocessed foods)

• (Sodium / potassium / other) benzoates are carcinogenic

• Silicone and silica dust (it's added as a 'natural' additive to makefood-powders 'flow' e.g. salad dressings etc.)

23. Enriched grains and cereals, including breakfast cereals(artificial vitamins are harmful)24. Most baking powders have aluminum.

25. Genetically modified so-called-foods.

26. Multivitamin supplements & superfoods (pills, capsules, softgels, powders, juices) unless unavoidable. Reasons pilloried inhttp://microvitasuperimmune.com & http://microvitasuperimmune.com/faq.html

Minimize :

1. Gluten rich cereals ie no common breads, cookies or muffins, etc. Thesecereals are ok if sprouted. Gluten containing foods are pro-inflammatory.Gluten-free grains include quinoa, spelt, millet, brown rice & corn.

Labeling syndrome :

Learning how to read the nutrition labels on the foods you buy is tricky because mostof the times we need to investigate further what is behind all the surface informationwe are given.

Manufacturers are getting smarter & their unethical tactics include• legal mus-labelling (e.g. natural, herbal, organic)• skipping altogether (under generalized terms like 'natural flavors & additives')• using vague terms for controversial items (see 'MSG' below)• using small-font footnotes etc. (to move the ugly ingredients away from the

main list)• misleading by emphasizing selective features (e.g. advertise as “No artificial

flavor, No artificial color” but use artificial preservatives alongwith.)

MSG :

As per http://www.truthinlabeling.org it is slipped in under many different identitieslike:

Glutamic acid (E 620),Glutamate (E 620)Monosodium glutamate (E 621)Monopotassium glutamate (E 622)

Calcium glutamate (E 623)Monoammonium glutamate (E 624)Magnesium glutamate (E 625)Natrium glutamateYeast extractAnything “hydrolyzed”Any “hydrolyzed protein”Calcium caseinate,Sodium caseinate,Yeast food, Yeast nutrient,Autolyzed yeastGelatinTextured proteinVetsinAjinomotoDisodium inosinateDisodium guanylate

What about the list of do's (what to eat)?

In general, your nutrients should come from the actual foods (not even food extracts)otherwise they will further complicate matters by leaving behind imbalances & food-processing agents.

But before you start eating them, we need to zoom into the other 4 phases of thisimmunity-priming protocol. So that, together, they'll bring down all the root causes of bad immunity.

Thus, adopting the above list is just a starting point towards designing a delightfulpro-life diet. The last chapter of this road-map summarizes what's critically missing.

For e.g., a diet based on individual's blood type has worked only for about 50% of the people. If your blood type matters then, extending that logic further may convinceyou that the rest of your body also matters; actually much more.

Page 9: ImmunityBuildingProtocol

As a matter of fact your mental & emotional personality also plays an integral part indetermining your diet. That's what neo-scientific profiling is about. The 2nd leverageof the book “7 Leverages of Nutritional Alchemy” does that for you.

It's an essential step in your effort to build up sturdy organs because only if themicrovita profile of you foods tallies with that of your microvita constitution – will therebe a perfect match.

Spread of infections may be facilitated by oxygen deficiency. Higher Ph helps withoxygenation. Prefer alkaline foods for the time-being : pumpkin seeds, lentils, seaweed, yam, sweet potato, lotus root, persimmon, watermelon, raspberry.

Once you take up MicroVita SuperDiet, you'll start by building your own master-list of foods based on all the 7 leverages including your psycho-physical microvita profile.

Besides unwanted chemicals, non-organic foods (vegetables, fruits, etc.) are alsocontaminated with hormones . MicroVita SuperDiet facilitates a way to easily getorganic foods at a cost that is less than what one pays for non-organic foods.

Perhaps you know that these days even “organic” doesn't always mean “safe”. I havemyself bought organic produce which turned out to be dead. They have many other problems as well.

Whichever way you look at it, M----V---- S----D--- seems to be your best foot forward.

3 Phase II : Lifestyle that doesn't let your environmentimpair your immune defense & other organs

Reinventing your daily life-style by expunging the bum portions listed below willharmonize it in tune with the life-supportive elements :

1. All mainstream toiletries i. e.g. fluoride toothpaste in aluminum tube, hand sanitizers, mouth-washes

etc.

ii. if you spot chemicals listed in the list of ingredients, shun it.iii. including those deceivingly marked as 'natural' & 'herbal' formulae

iv. Go for traditional soaps, shampoos, tooth-powders etc.

2. Some examples of chemicals to watch out for :

i. Carboxymethylcellulose (cellulose gum),

ii. Formaldehyde (sometimes listed as formalin),

iii. TEA (triethanolamine)

iv. DEA (diethanolamine)v. Lauramide DEA

vi. Sodium lauryl sulfate / sodium laureth sulfate / sodium acetyl sulfate

vii. Triclosan (antibacterial products)

3. All mass-produced cosmetics includingi. brands self-advertised as "natural"ii. fruit & plant based hair and skin products

iii. sun-block creams etc.

Use natural alternatives e.g. virgin coconut oil as moisturizer & sunscreen. Add essential oils for desired smell.

4. All artificial perfumes (they deposit phthalates in your body, most of which never comes out)

5. Artificial hair dyes (hazardous chemicals diffuse through your scalp)

6. Heavy-metals e.g. nickle, cast away by costume jewelry including sterling silver (they permeate through your skin)

Page 11: ImmunityBuildingProtocol

8/7/2019 ImmunityBuildingProtocol

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/immunitybuildingprotocol 11/44

11

7. City tap-water supply (including fluoridated & chlorinated water & the pipes thatcarry them)

8. Heavy metals in faulty showers, old faucets, old metal water filters9. Drinking liquids stored in plastic containers (BPA / BiPhenyl-A)

10. Cooking in microwave ovens

11. Cooking / storing foods in non-stick (Teflon, Tefal etc), aluminium, chromiumcookware

12. Electro-magnetic radiations :Minimize them e.g by keeping mobile phones away from the body, avoidusing wifi, use analog cordless phones instead of digital ones, etc.

13. Mammography, X-rays, CAT scans, etc. They induce cancer!

14. Washing powders & cleaning agents (emanate artificial aromatic amines)

15. Compounds falling off glossy printed magazines (minimize breathing in byholding away from nose, wash hands etc.)

16. Coatings of furniture & upholstery floating off into the air your breathe

i. For e.g. Bromine-containing fire retardants are in our carpets, adult & childrenclothes; formaldehyed in panels

ii. Tough choice : recoat furnitures, ditch the rest

17. Neighborhood pollution (quality of air, noise, living area, workplace, airconrecirculation, commute, toilet de-odorizers, room air fresheners etc.)

18. Birth control pills / oral contraceptives

19. HRT, Estrogen replacement therapy, HGH, etc. (they impair the functioning of your endocrine system),

20. Allopathic medicines : gradually wean away.i. Antibiotics may cause candida / yeast / fungal infections because that's what

they are made from.

21. Antacid & constipation OTC pills (has aluminium)22. Anti-flatulence pills (charcoal; interferes with nutrient absorption) etc.

4  Phase III : Body, freed from chemicals which killtissues, thus inviting germs

Saddled with the crap spotlighted in the last few pages, how do you plan torestore your biological purity?

A one-off exhaustive purification exercise would neither be practical nor advisable for anyone.

So a better approach would entail starting with a few of these & keep on carrying out

more of them until you expunge enough of the self-annihilating junk. In concert withthe rest of the phases, this will reestablish your prestine level of health & well-being;may be even better.

A. Oil-pulling : For Headache, Skin rashes, Digestive problems, Joint &other pains, Women's issues, Hair-fall, Dental ills, allergy, etc [18, 19]

Buy some sunflower or sesame oil (say 500 ml / 16 ounces), preferably unrefined.

• In the morning without brushing teeth take one tablespoon (two teaspoons=10ml) of sesame oil in the mouth on empty stomach. Close the mouth.Do not swallow.

• Chin up, rinse mouth to ensure oil sweeps over the entire oral cavity - betweenall the teeth, on palate including soft palate near throat, and both ear endcorners of oral cavity.

• Do it mindfully non-stop (alongwith your morning routine).

• Spit when the mouth gets full or between 15 to 20 minutes.

• Wash your mouth and teeth thoroughly. You may scrub your teeth & gums

with fingers ideally; after washing your hands. Toothbrushes tend to peel theenamel & hurt the gums. Do scrape your tongue with a metallic tongue scraper and then wash the mouth thoroughly.

• Drink two or three glasses of water.

The process traps all the oral pathogens in the oil. It also detoxifies the blood &benefits in few other ways (e.g. acupressure).

“...up to three times a day on an empty stomach," Dr Karsch, Ukraine – who revivedoil-pulling in our times.

“The tongue is an indicator of what is going on in the body. A fiery red tongue depictsan irritated digestion; a pale shade, low digestion; and a purple tongue, a liver burdened with toxics" - Dr R. Ballantyne, who has studied Ayurveda and Chinese

medicine.

The tongue maps all our organs – different sections of the tongue are connected to

the kidneys, lungs, spleen, liver, heart, pancreas, small intestines, stomach, colon, and spine.

CHELATION THERAPIES : to get rid of heavy metals & other accumulated poisons.

B. Eat fresh coriander leaves & stem – raw - on empty stomach everyday tochelate Mercury*. Coriander also helps to dissolve kidney stones.

C. Chlorella and spirulina helps chelate Heavy Metals

D. Iodine chelates Bromine, Mercury, Lead, Aluminum, Cadmium, Fungus &other parasites -

Load up on seaweed (e.g. kelp) cultivated in sea water, as a reliable source of organic iodine.

Page 15: ImmunityBuildingProtocol

8/7/2019 ImmunityBuildingProtocol

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/immunitybuildingprotocol 15/44

15

If you have been exposed to Bromides, Mercury, Lead, Aluminum, or are dependentupon antibiotics to fight off parasites then consider Potassium iodide (KI) asmedicinal tablets, typically 130 mg / tablet, of which 100 mg is iodine (as iodide).

12.5 mg to 50 mg i.e. 1/8th to ½ tablet / day should be fine to start with. [20]

Potassium iodide may also be obtained as a "saturated solution of potassium iodide"(SSKI) which in the U.S.P. generic formulation contains 1000 mg of KI per mL. Eachdrop of SSKI is assumed to contain about 50 mg iodine as iodide,

Which means 1 drop in a cup of distilled water taken over 1 - 4 days will delive 12.5mg – 50 mg.

Eat sprouts or vitamin C rich fruits alongwith.

Results of a 3 months test with 12.5 mg per day of the tablet form of Lugol solution(Iodoral®) :

• In some subjects, the urine levels of mercury, lead and cadmium increased byseveral fold after just one day of supplementation.

• For aluminum, this increased excretion was not observed usually until after one month or more on the iodine supplementation.

• Improved overall well being reported by the subjects.

• Lifting of “brain fog,” feeling warmer in cold environments, increased energy, needing less sleep, achieving more in less time, experiencing regular bowelmovements and improved skin complexion.

• A detoxification reaction was experienced by some patients with high bromidelevels in form of cloudy urine.

• The released bromide from storage sites induced low thyroid function. If theloading test provokes high urine bromide levels, it is best to start the patient ona low dose of iodine (1/2 to 1 tablet Iodoral®).

In some patients, it may take up to 2 years to get rid of bromine. Bromide isubiquitous in our homes and environment.

E. Borax chelates fluoride* (Where municipality supplies fluoride laced“drinking” water; US citizens take note) -

Page 16: ImmunityBuildingProtocol

8/7/2019 ImmunityBuildingProtocol

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/immunitybuildingprotocol 16/44

16

Borax / sodium borate is the precursor for sodium perborate monohydrate, which isavailable as a cleaning agent in some countries (e.g. under Persil brand). It ispoisonous in large quantities (same level of toxicity as common salt).

Recommended dosage :

1/8 teaspoon of borax diluted in 1 liter / quart / 32 ounces of water taken in divideddose throughout the day (say 2 - 4 portions).

Take it for 4 or 5 days in a week. For a few weeks to several months atmost, depending on your level of tolerance.

F. EDTA / DMSA chelates heavy metals (e.g. mercury, aluminum, lead,

arsenic etc.) & calcification -It's poisonous in large doses. Use as per direction. Take malic acid (Apples, Berries)alongwith. Consume MicroVita SuperDiet meal lateron because EDTA / DMSA alsochelate useful metals & other nutrients. [21, 22]

The following detox agents are naturally supplied by MicroVita SuperDiet. If you want a stronger dose, you'll have to go for nutrient-focussed fasting or artificially made products :

G. MSM chelates toxic chemicals out of your cells* -

1 day only eat lots of fresh green leafy vegetables grown LOCALLY in rain water (during the rainy season). No juicing please. You may combine it with the coriander routine above.

They should be raw. In lack of rain water irrigation go for commercially sold MSM

powder.

H. Indole 3 carbinol chelates Dioxin TCDD and pseudoestrogens* -

1 day only eat lots of Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage & other Brassicas – bothvegetables & sprouts. They should be raw. No juicing.

I. Alpha-lipoic acid chelates heavy metals -

Page 17: ImmunityBuildingProtocol

8/7/2019 ImmunityBuildingProtocol

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/immunitybuildingprotocol 17/44

17

1 day only eat raw Spinach, Broccoli & Pea. No juicing. Eat with steamed brownRice.

J. Baking soda* + sprouts / vitamin C rich fruits : chelates free radicalsof metals -

Take ¼ - ½ teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate (buy from a pharmacy) or aluminum-free baking soda (health shops) in ½ cup of water on empty stomach, once in themorning and once before bedtime in the evening.

Eat some foods rich in Vitamin C during the day. Take it for atmost 5 consecutivedays in a week. Women can do well with just 1/8 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate.

K. Creatine Monohydrate chelates formaldehyde*

( *  ) As per Ted from earthclinic.com

L. Full body cleanse

A thorough full body detox is a good place to start to clean-up the decaying debris. Itconstitutes:

1. Intestinal cleanup : Pick a suitable enema. Avoid coffee enema.

2. Dental rework : if you have any mercury / amalgams or other poisonous dentalfillings, get them replaced. http://curezone.com/dental/default.asp

3. Kidney sweep : 1 day only eat raw watermelons. No juicing. Say about 100kgs of whole fruits.

4. Liver and Gallbladder flush - http://curezone.com/cleanse/liver/default.asp

M. Zeolite a microporous natural mineral adsorbs & removes toxicantsfrom your body.

Page 18: ImmunityBuildingProtocol

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/immunitybuildingprotocol 18/44

18

Keeping the body hydrated is necessary to remove as much toxins and poisons aspossible from all the organs and tissues. Scrubbing the skin with a dried vegetablefibrous brush - loofa / loofah / luffa sponge [23] – also facilitates detox via sweating.

The 3 phases delineated so far would do away with most, if not all, of the pests &more importantly the reasons they appeared in the first place.

If they are still tormenting you, or you suspect they are, even though you havefaithfully adhered to the protocol so far, do let me know; there's always a way out.

Page 19: ImmunityBuildingProtocol

19

5  Phase IV : Fitness routine that delivers the energy, oxygenation, hormones, circulation, etc. necessary to kill

infections

If you are in really bad shape or can't workout much then atleast start with a self-massage today. But then don't use massage as an apology for not being able toworkout by more than a day.

Regular exercise tones up your organs, including those directly involved in self-immunity. Other benefits ranging from regular bowels to release of endorphins

making you feel good. [16]

Atleast 45 minutes of low-impact physical activities every single day are a must.Bootstrap yourself out of the “too-tired-to-exercise loop”.

You should sweat sufficiently several times a week. To aid sweating, you may doyour fitness regimen -

• after drinking a cup of warm water • with lots of clothes on• in a warm room• go for a sauna

Do ensure proper ventilation. Oxygenation kills germs. Lower oxygen levels in cellsleads to parasite attacks.

Without adequate exercise you risk organ deterioration, weak bones & joints, weightgain, muscle loss, low self-worth, etc. Physical workouts also facilitate full rechargevia restful sleep. Sleep deprivation is detrimental to immune function. [15]

Obesity is one of the common causes of weak immunity.

LYMPHATIC SYSTEM :

The lymphatic system also helps defend the body against germs like viruses, bacteria, and fungi that can cause illnesses. Those germs are filtered out in thelymph nodes, which are small masses of tissue located along the network of lymphvessels.

Page 20: ImmunityBuildingProtocol

8/7/2019 ImmunityBuildingProtocol

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/immunitybuildingprotocol 20/44

20

The nodes house lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell. Some of thoselymphocytes make antibodies, which are special proteins that fight off germs andstop infections from spreading. Antibodies help in trapping disease-causing germsand destroying them.

The spleen (as a lypmphatic node) plays an important part in fighting infections. Itcontains lymphocytes and another kind of white blood cell called macrophages, which engulf and destroy bacteria, dead tissue and foreign matter. The spleen also

Page 21: ImmunityBuildingProtocol

8/7/2019 ImmunityBuildingProtocol

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/immunitybuildingprotocol 21/44

21

filters them from the blood passing through it.

The major parts of the lymph tissue are located in the bone marrow, spleen, thymusgland & other lymph nodes, especially the tonsils. The heart, lungs, intestines, liver

and skin also contain lymphatic tissues.

Germinal centres (GC) are sites within lymph nodes or lymph nodules in peripherallymph tissues where intense mature B lymphocytes, otherwise known asCentrocytes, rapidly proliferate, differentiate, mutate through somatic hypermutationand class switch during antibody responses.

The thymus is composed of two identical lobes and is located anatomically in theanterior superior mediastinum, in front of the heart and behind the sternum. It'sfunctions are :

• production of T-lymphocytes (T cells), which are critical cells of the adaptiveimmune system,

• production and secretion of thymosins, hormones which control T-lymphocyteactivities and various other aspects of the immune system.

Vagus nerve acts upon the lymphatic system.

Since the lymphatic system doesn't has a central pump like a heart to keep it going,it depends on our physical motions for the same. Hence a lymphatic massage i.e aquick kneading of your joints especially while bathing, will keep you lymphatic

immunity primed up.

Places to be self-massaged  :forehead, face, left & side of the neck, armpits, arms, both sides of the elbows(inner & outer), abdominal area (stomach, chest), back, pelvic joints / groin area, thighs, both sides of the knees (inner & outer), ankles, upper feet.

6  Phase V : Mind aware of blind-spots; emotionsgliding over pitfalls

Antibiotic allopathy vampirizes it's existence & authority upon your remainingthreatened by infective germs, endlessly.

Sometimes, remaining chronically unhealthy becomes a part of peoplespsychological persona. Only when they are ready for it, it goes away for good.

If you happen to be an active member of any sickness -specific community, you may

want to reevaluate your participation there, because they are NOT your future, as far as I am concerned.

Hence their supportive bonhomie & incidental info aside, they need not be in your present either.

How many sheeple from that group will take the opportunity to review & overhaultheir supposedly-healthy food preferences & puppetty lifestyle even in face of ahealth ultimatum?

Here's the allopathic standard operating procedure versus your neo-scientific plan of action :

Visit your doctor for all infections(be a good boy / girl).

Frequently wash your hands withanti-microbial soaps.

Don't go into crowded places.

Follow self-hygiene feverishly,impractically.

Avoid physical stress. Get plentyof rest.

Watch out for mental stress.

Take your medicines regulalry asprescribed (like a good boy / girl).

Kill any existing infections biochemically.

Get rid of toxicity & negative microvita.

Optimize your physical fitness.

Strengthen your emotional resilience

Increase your mental stamina.

Build your capacity to handle sun-light in order to further accelerate your progress.

Top-up your reserves of positive microvita for aresolute immune system (& other organs).

For e.g. Administering antibiotics instead of removing the grounds for a germonslaught.

Page 23: ImmunityBuildingProtocol

23

Stress hormones, such as cortisol and epinephrine, help the body protect itself against predators, infections, etc. But prolonged mental stress will becounterproductive.

Speaking about mental attitudes … “Getting rid of an infection” is somewhat of anegative verbage, right?

“Pursuing your next goal in life, in which your health is a contributive resource” isperhaps a more inspiring. Reignite your passions & let the health difficulties getmodulated in its melody.

Practice mindfulness & sharpen your emotional state management in order tochannelize strong feelings. Act & behave like you are healthy this very moment.

Expect life to unfold in that direction – continually self-correcting it's course, under your wise guidance, hour-by-hour.

“A human being is a thinking substance, permeating a visible body, and theprocesses of his body are controlled by his thought.

When a person thinks only thoughts of perfect health, the internal processes of hisbody will be those of perfect health.

A person's first step toward perfect health must be to form a conception of himself asperfectly healthy and as doing all things in the way and manner of a perfectly healthyperson.

Having formed this conception, he must relate himself to it in all his thoughts, andsever all thought relations with disease and weakness.

If he does this, and thinks his thoughts of health with positive FAITH, aperson will cause the Principle of Health within him to become constructivelyactive, and to take away all his diseases”

- The Science of Being Well, by Wallace D. Wattles.

Everyday read / watch something that makes you laugh - comedy videos, etc.EFT (emotional freedom technique) tapping may help.An authentic secular but spiritual meditation system will be a huge asset.

Mental & emotional hygiene + orientation towards riding the rhythm of our innatepurpose in life, makes it easier to surmount any health gotchas along the way.

7  Emergency measures for immediate relief

If you notice any infection swirling-up or if it's already underway then here's your battle suit:

I.  COMMON MEASURES -

If you have not yet started on the MicroVita SuperDiet then your blood may still besticky. As mentioned in the website & explained further via MicroVita SuperHealthnewsletter, this slows down you immune response besides all other blood relatedprocesses.

To dilute them temporarily, you may use Apple Cider vinegar as per the 'BiochemicalpH acidification' point further ahead.

If acidity is not to be encouraged then do it as follows :- 1 teaspoon of baking soda +2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in 1 glass of water, on empty stomach.

Then pick one or a few of the following antimicrobial interventons to do the job.

1. Fresh garlic + turmeric, eaten raw. You'll have to mince it & mix with honey or other foods. Every one – few hours, depending on your case, take 1 – 2 clovesof garlic & 2” of turmeric / 1 teaspoon if powdered.

2. Biochemical pH alteration :

If you do not know whether the germ prefers acidic or alkaline pH – it makes senseto alternate between the both once per day.

It would be good for you to know the starting pH of your urine & saliva before youbegin to alter it. You may buy a pack of pH indicator strips from a pharmacy. Ideallyyour urine pH should be between 6.5 - 7 and saliva pH above 7.

Alkalization :

You may bio-chemically alkalize your pH with baking soda as per theformulation given under the “Chelation Therapies” section of “Body freedfrom chemicals which kill tissues, thus inviting germs” chapter.

Page 25: ImmunityBuildingProtocol

25

You may mix / alternate with 1/4 teaspoon of potassium bicarbonate /potassium citrate / calcium citrate (available in some pharmacies) & usewarm water instead.

Consuming the most alkaline foods is ofcourse the better way out. E.g.Lime/ lemonade, raw radish, pumpkin seeds soaked for an hour & keptwet for approximately 8 – 12 hrs.

Acidification :

1 tablespoon of organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar + 1 cup / glass (8oz.) of water, preferably warm. This will also boost your energy levels.

You may increase to 2 tablespoons for faster response.

You may add one or more of the following to reduce acidification -• 1 teaspoon sea salt

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• 1 – 2 tablespoon honey

They will also improve the taste.

3. Electrically Isolated Silver : DIY & dosage instructions supplied in theappendix of the “7 Leverage of Nutritional Alchemy” book.

4. Ingestible essential oils (e.g. Young Living Essential Oils)Oregano 6 drops + thyme 6 drops + mountain savory 3 drops = twice a day

5. Borax, as mentioned in the “Chelation Therapies” section of “Body freed fromchemicals which kill tissues, thus inviting germs” chapter.

6. Iodine, as mentioned in the “Chelation Therapies” section of “Body freed fromchemicals which kill tissues, thus inviting germs” chapter.

7. Sodium Chlorite + citric acid from a reliable source. For e.g.http://www.mineral-solutions.net Google “miracle mineral solution” for other suppliers.

Dosage instructions - http://jimhumble.biz/biz-normal.htm &http://jimhumble.biz/biz-fundamentals.htm

Page 26: ImmunityBuildingProtocol

26

8. Calcium hypochlorite. Can be purchased from a USP grade chemicalsupplier or any swimming pool supply store or http://www.mineral-solutions.net

Dosage, as per http://jimhumble.biz/biz-mms2intro-eng.htm - one sizezero capsule taken every one - few hours depending on your case. Increasethe frequncy if you want more lethal power, decrease if you can't tolerate it.Drink two glasses of water before it & one glass after it!

The powder can be applied directly over external wounds, if infected.

9. Ozone

An ozone generator can be bought / put together by using parts available from

fish tank suppliers.

This option will do for full-blown cases. For sparsly spread / well hidden germs,it may not reach every nook & corner behind all tissues, unless too much isconsumed, which is not advisable. You would have to try & see.

10.Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)

Can be bought from pharmacies. Dilute the concentration to atleast 0.5%.Typical dilution: one liter or quart of drinking water plus 30 drops of 3% H2O2.

Drink the entire liter / quart in 4 – 5 equal portions spread evenly through outthe day.

This option will do for full-blown cases. For sparsly spread / well hiddengerms , it may not reach every nook & corner behind all tissues, unless toomuch is consumed, which is not advisable. You would have to try & see.

There are other general options as well, for e.g Virgin coconut oil, but I presume

these will do. All these can also be used as an external topical application on theskin. Alternative hot/cold baths (5 minutes hot, then 1 min cold) will also help.

If you know the kind of parasite you are up against, then you may deploy specificadditional measures as follows :

II. ANTI VIRALS / VIROIDS / VIRIONS / PRIONS -

8   Your magnificent microvita mosaic

Malnutrition is a common cause of poor immune function; for e.g. low methylation.[17]

After all is said & done, only a steady unadulterated input of appropriate microvitaconstructs – i.e. known & unknown nutrients (to start with) as per the neo-scientificcriterion portrayed below – will empower your body to do what it is supposed to do &the way it is supposed to be done. For e.g. A killer self-immune defence.

By stopping the entry of disruptive microvita & augmenting the supply of helpfulmicrovita you will revert back to your earlier healthy state in the course of time it

takes to reverse the balance in favor of helper microvita.

How do we do that?

By starting with the major inlet of all microvita entering your mind-body syndicate. The food, that sneaked past your gullet today, has various types of quantummicrovita interwoven within their molecular structure. Some of these microvitaare pro-life while others are counter-life.

Unbeknownst to even health-nuts & otherwise-competent nutritionists, many of your so-called healthy foods are actually infested with hostile microvita, over & above anygood results they may have stimulated in you.

Inspite of the selectively advertised benefits, they are against your overall bestinterest - if not physically, then atleast emotionally & mentally. Our body-mindexistence is tightly inter-dependent.

Only with a neo-scientific 'life-scope', can we diligently classify foods based on thetype & density of these microvita. The destructive microvita (eventually tend to)cause sicknesses while the constructive types readily support our inner biology &psychology.

In view of that, MicroVita SuperDiet resulted out of my own strenuous efforts to get -

• the entire range of 120+ known nutrients mandatorily required to properlyrun the every-second operations of my body

• in optimum quantities required by your body - about 7 time more than your current intake.

Page 32: ImmunityBuildingProtocol

32

• in synergistic proportions to each other – otherwise they wont assimilate inyour body

• in harmony with my neo-scientific mind-body profile - to synchronizeyour thoughts, emotions & physique

• while disallowing the antagonistic factors which obstruct the assimilation of any of these nutrients.

Along the way I experienced so many amazing breakthroughs just via my dinners &lunch. For e.g. I am ding fine with ~ 1.5 meals a day, thanks to the SolarianMorphogenesis process.

And because of the way things happened, it was incumbent upon me to generalize it

for anybody interested to make their own breakthroughs as per their specialconditions & aspirations.

I also found that it's not just about the range, quantity & proportion of nutrients, butalso concerns -

• their multidimensional quality

• best way(s) of consuming them

• there would still be some inevitable shortfalls, mis-matches & other inadequacies; 'meta-nutrition' preempts & compensates for them besides

detoxing & strengthening my non-physical existence• my secret bag of tips & tricks to get you out of the dark woods haunted by

treacherous infections. For e.g. how to awaken & deploy the latent power of your DNA into your immediate service, etc.

These accomplishments will live with you long after you are out of theprecincts of low immunity war-zone; i.e. for the rest of your breaths.

Welcome to the bright sunshine of your new-found health & well-being!

A 30-page free compendium titled “Our Immune System: Essential Nutritives” isbeing mailed to you to follow this conversation through. It serves you -

• The 10 vitamins & 14 Minerals that'll expedite your immune fortification

• All the 46+ Synergists essentially needed by your body in order to fullymetabolize the vitamins & minerals above

• 100+ Antagonists that hinder proper absorption of all the above nutrients inyour body

• Phyto-chemicals & other factors, natural medicinals & miscellaneous elementsfor hormones, etc.

Domino's effect : Some hormones are regulated by the immune system, notablythyroid hormone activity.[6] Since all our organs are interdependent, an extendedperiod of dysfunctionality of one organ will cascade further down the chain producinga domino effect of suboptimal organ outputs.

This inter-dependency between various organs, makes it imperative that all organsystems be developed together.

For e.g. DHEA & other hormones can act as immunomodulators, altering thesensitivity of the immune system. Female sex hormones immunostimulate bothadaptive [7, 8, 9, 10] and innate immune responses. [11] most notably prolactin &

growth hormones. [12,13]

Thereafter the “Vedic secret to Longevity & Youthfulness” book will highlight themost unacknowledged shortage of a critically important biological agent inyour body at this moment. It's a pithy US$ 9.50 value, but your's for free.

It has 10 practical tips to boost your cellular provisions of this metabilic factor, especially needed in all your immune actions, moment by moment.

For e.g. it is conjectured that a progressive decline in hormone levels with age is

partially responsible for weakened immune responses in aging individuals.[5]

As for streamlining your meals with Microvita SuperDiet, so as to finally deliver onthe ultimate promise of this protocol – re-installing uber immunity - we'll get on withthose free presentations in due course.

These will show the clearest path to:

• extricate yourself alive from the swampy quicksand of big-pharma tactics

expunge that vague feeling of uncertainty surrounding your current foodchoices

• pre-empt any fatigue, fever, etc during infection downtimes.

• whatever best is nutritionally achievable in your health & beyond! Whichhappens to be quite a lot.

For e.g., if one could take a few vivid moments to project the best possibleoutcomes, in different areas of their life, today - rest assured that your elementarymicrovita empowerment is what will forge the nitty-gritty of their accomplishment.

MicroVita SuperDiet is where the rubber meets the road : all the neo-scientificprinciples implemented within the hustle & bustle of your real-life.

Coming back to the rest of this one-shot integrated 5-phase protocol : “United westand. Divided we fall” - that's the mainstay behind it's effectiveness.

Preserving it's integrity entails pushing ahead, week-after-week, with all the 5phases dancing in concert as our joint-front against pathogens. At some point intimes to come let's close the chapter of “low”immunity in your biography.

Until then... Be the protocol.

9  Appendix :Brief overview of our molecular self-defense arsenal

White blood cells (WBCs), or leukocytes (also spelled "leucocytes"), are cells of theimmune system involved in defending the body against both infectious disease andforeign materials. They are of following 8 types :

• neutrophils, basophils, eosinophils.• lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells.• mast cells.

There are three types of lymphocytes: B, T, NKC (natural killer cell).

Leukocytes (white blood cells) act like independent, single-celled organisms and arethe second arm of the innate immune system.

The innate leukocytes include the phagocytes (macrophages, neutrophils, anddendritic cells), mast cells, eosinophils, basophils and natural killer cells.

These cells identify and eliminate pathogens, either by attacking larger pathogensthrough contact or by engulfing and then killing microorganisms. Innate cells are alsoimportant mediators in the activation of the adaptive immune system.

Monocytes and their macrophage & dendritic cell progeny serve three mainfunctions in the immune system. These are phagocytosis, antigen presentation andcytokine production.

Phagocytosis is the process of uptake of microbes and particles followed bydigestion and destruction of this material.

Monocytes can perform phagocytosis using intermediary (opsonising) proteins suchas antibodies or complement that coat the pathogen, as well as by binding to the

microbe directly via pattern-recognition receptors that recognize pathogens.

Other microbial products can directly activate monocytes and this leads to productionof pro-inflammatory, and with some delay of anti-inflammatory cytokines.

Typical cytokines produced by monocytes are TNF/ tumor necrosis factor, IL-1interleukin-1and IL-12 interleukin-12.

Macrophages also act as scavengers, ridding the body of worn-out cells and other debris, and as antigen-presenting cells that activate the adaptive immune system.

Page 36: ImmunityBuildingProtocol

36

Dendritic cells (DC) are phagocytes in tissues that are in contact with the externalenvironment; therefore, they are located mainly in the skin, nose, lungs, stomach, and intestines.

Dendritic cells engulf exogenous pathogens, such as bacteria, parasites or toxins inthe tissues and then migrate, via chemotactic signals, to the T- cell-enriched lymphnodes.

Mast cells reside in connective tissues and mucous membranes, and regulate theinflammatory response. They are most often associated with allergy and anaphylaxis

Spleen is an organ that creates lymphocytes. The spleen is also the locationwhere white blood cells trap organisms. tucked under the left side of the diaphragm.Infection can also cause the spleen to increase in size.

B cells (bone cells) are involved in the humoral immune response, whereas T(thymus) cells are involved in cell-mediated immune response. Both B cells and Tcells carry receptor molecules that recognize specific targets.

Cytotoxic T cells (also known as TC, killer T cell, or cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL))are a sub-group of T cells which induce the death of cells that are infected withviruses (and other pathogens), or are otherwise damaged or dysfunctional includingtumour cells.

CD4+ lymphocytes, or helper T cells, are immune response mediators, and play animportant role in establishing and maximizing the capabilities of the adaptive immuneresponse.

Natural killer T cells (NKT cells) are a special kind of lymphocyte that bridges theadaptive immune system with the innate immune system.

Once activated, these cells can perform functions ascribed to both Th and Tc cells(i.e., cytokine production and release of cytolytic/cell killing molecules). They are alsoable to recognize and eliminate some tumor cells and cells infected with herpes

viruses.

B Cells are the major cells involved in the creation of antibodies that circulate inblood plasma and lymph, known as humoral immunity.

B cells are multipotent & leave the bone marrow (femurs, hip, ribs and other bones)before terminal differentiation into plasma cells, which usually happens in lymphnodes.

An antigen is a molecule recognized by the immune system. Most large molecules, including virtually all proteins and many polysaccharides, can serve as antigens.

Page 37: ImmunityBuildingProtocol

8/7/2019 ImmunityBuildingProtocol

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/immunitybuildingprotocol 37/44

37

The parts of an antigen that interact with an antibody molecule or a lymphocytereceptor, are called epitopes. Most antigens contain a variety of epitopes and canstimulate the production of antibodies, specific T cell responses, or both.

Antibodies (or immunoglobulin, Ig), are large Y-shaped proteins used by theimmune system to identify and neutralize foreign objects.

In mammals there are five types of antibody: IgA, IgD, IgE, IgG, and IgM, differing inbiological properties, each has evolved to handle different kinds of antigens.

Upon activation, B cells produce antibodies, each of which recognizes a uniqueantigen, and neutralize specific pathogens.

Antibodies are our molecular watchdogs, waiting and watching for viruses, bacteriaand other unwelcome visitors. Antibodies circulate in the blood, scrutinizing everyobject that they touch.

When they find an unfamiliar, foreign object, they bind tightly to its surface. In thecase of viruses, like rhinovirus or poliovirus, a coating of bound antibodies may beenough to block infection.

Antibodies alone, however, are no match for bacteria. When antibodies bind to abacterial surface, they act as markers alerting the other powerful defensive

mechanisms available in the immune system.

• There are normally between 4×109 and 1.1×1010 white blood cells in a litre of blood (4 - 11 billion).

• One liter of human blood contains about six billion phagocytes(macrophages, neutrophils, and dendritic cells).

• Plasma cells secrete antibodies at a rate ranging from hundreds tothousands of antibodies per second per cell.

• Your blood contains upwards of 100,000,000 different TYPES of antibodies. Each type binds to a different target molecule.

• It has been estimated that humans generate about 10 billion differentantibodies, each capable of binding a distinct epitope of an antigen.

• We are capable of producing more than 1 trillion different antibody molecules.

All of these antibodies are created before they ever see a virus or bacterium. You

division. As a consequence, any daughter B cells will acquire slight amino aciddifferences in the variable domains of their antibody chains.

This serves to increase the diversity of the antibody pool and impacts the antibody’s

antigen-binding affinity.

Some point mutations will result in the production of antibodies that have a weaker interaction (low affinity) with their antigen than the original antibody, and somemutations will generate antibodies with a stronger interaction (high affinity).

B cells that express high affinity antibodies on their surface will receive a strongsurvival signal during interactions with other cells, whereas those with low affinityantibodies will not, and will die by apoptosis.

Thus, B cells expressing antibodies with a higher affinity for the antigen willoutcompete those with weaker affinities for function and survival. The process of generating antibodies with increased binding affinities is called affinity maturation.

Affinity maturation occurs in mature B cells after V(D)J recombination, and isdependent on help from helper T cells.

Naïve B cells can be activated in a T-cell dependent or independent manner, but twosignals are always required to initiate activation.

A critical difference between B cells and T cells is how each cell "sees" an antigen.B cells recognize antigens in their native form.. Once a B cell encounters its cognate(or specific) antigen (and receives additional signals from a helper T cell(predominately Th2 type)), it further differentiates into an effector cell, known as aplasma cell.

Plasma cells are short lived cells (2-3 days) which secrete antibodies. Theseantibodies bind to antigens, making them easier targets for phagocytes, and trigger the complement cascade. The complement system consists of more than 35soluble and cell-bound proteins.

The complement system is a biochemical cascade that attacks the surfaces of foreign cells. It is named for its ability to “complement” the killing of pathogens byantibodies. Complement is the major humoral component of the innate immuneresponse.

About 10% of plasma cells will survive to become long-lived antigen specificmemory B cells. Already primed to produce specific antibodies, these cells can becalled upon to respond quickly if the same pathogen re-infects the host; while thehost experiences few, if any, symptoms.

Page 40: ImmunityBuildingProtocol

40

When B cells and T cells are activated some will become memory cells.Immunological memory can either be in the form of passive short-term memory(lasting between a few days and several months) or active long-term memory.

This is passive immunity because the fetus does not actually make any memory cellsor antibodies.

All T cells originate from haematopoietic stem cells in the bone marrow.Haematopoietic progenitors derived from haematopoietic stem cells (inside femurs, hip, ribs and other bones) populate the thymus and expand by cell division.

The thymus contributes more naive T cells at younger ages. As the thymus shrinksby about 3% a year throughout middle age, there is a corresponding fall in thethymic production of naive T cells, leaving peripheral T cell expansion to play a

greater role in protecting older subjects.

Inflammation is one of the first responses of the immune system to infection or irritation. Inflammation is stimulated by chemical factors released by injured cells andserves to establish a physical barrier against the spread of infection, and to promotehealing of any damaged tissue following the clearance of pathogens.

Chemical factors produced during inflammation (histamine, bradykinin, serotonin, leukotrienes, prostaglandins, sensitize pain receptors, cause vasodilation of theblood vessels at the scene, and attract phagocytes, especially neutrophils.

Neutrophils then trigger other parts of the immune system by releasing factors thatsummon other leukocytes and lymphocytes.

Phagocytes will phagocytose, mast cells and neutrophils will degranulate, naturalkiller cells will release cytokines and cytotoxic molecules; that will ultimately result indestruction of the invading microbe.

Adaptive immune response provides the immune system with the ability torecognize and remember specific pathogens (to generate immunity), and to mountstronger attacks each time the pathogen is encountered.

The host's cells express "self" antigens. These antigens are different from those onthe surface of bacteria ("non-self" antigens) or on the surface of virally infected hostcells (“missing-self”). The adaptive response is triggered by recognizing non-self andmissing-self antigens.

Antibodies bind to pathogens to link them together, causing them to agglutinate.Antigen-antibody complexes are cleared by the liver & spleen.

Page 41: ImmunityBuildingProtocol

41

If an infection occurred a very long time ago, there is a possibility that the B cellsgenerating these specific antibodies have naturally decayed.

B cells can be stimulated to "remember" Rh antigen by generating memory B cells.

Interferons (IFNs) are proteins made and released by lymphocytes in response tothe presence of pathogens—such as viruses, bacteria, or parasites—or tumor cells.

They allow communication between cells to trigger the protective defenses of theimmune system that eradicate pathogens or tumors.

IFNs belong to the large class of glycoproteins known as cytokines. Interferons arenamed after their ability to "interfere" with viral replication within host cells.

IFNs have other functions: they activate immune cells, such as natural killer cells andmacrophages; they increase recognition of infection or tumor cells by up-regulatingantigen presentation to T lymphocytes; and they increase the ability of uninfectedhost cells to resist new infection by virus.

Certain host symptoms, such as aching muscles and fever, are related to theproduction of IFNs during infection.

About 7 distinct IFNs have been identified in humans. They are typically dividedamong three IFN classes: Type I IFN, Type II IFN, and Type III IFN. IFNs belonging

to all IFN classes are very important for fighting viral infections.
