OUr visiON fOr88 KeNsiNgtONWe have created three separate buildings with five different built forms and ten different facade elements to establish an architectural character rich in rhythm and complexity. our iconic and futuristic corner design with its circular facade acknowledges the arched brick facades of the old kensington town Centre and becomes a perfect enclosure and expression for our new verandah apartment concept.

the design has permanently and naturally ventilated apartments and corridors with large amounts of natural daylight, a large number of corner apartments, multiple cores serving floors, 3.1m floor to floor heights and large well lit stairs to encourage walking between floors.

We have designed enormous roof and podium landscape areas to benefit all the residents and to harvest and reuse rainwater. our concept for sliding and stacking window suites and perimeter balustrades in front of all residential spaces ensures well lit and open living arrangements.
