Brian Bishop-Wilkey - Hedwig. Brian is thrilled to make his Columbus debut with Imagine! Brian grew up in Vandalia, OH where he was a regular in his high school theater and in some local productions, usually as the villain or bumbling hero, including Beauty and the Beast (Gaston) and Jesus Christ Superstar (Caiphus). While earning his Ph.D. in Texas, Brian also took to the stage in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (Miles) and The Rocky Horror Show (Dr. Frank Furter). During the day, Brian works with Big Data at Bob Evans Farms. Brian is so grateful to

tell Hedwig’s story, and wants to thank the whole production for their support, you for coming to the show, and most importantly, his wonderful partner, Christina, for all her encouragement and love.

Leanna Buker– Yitzhak. Leanna is really excited about her first opportunity with Imagine Productions. She is a musician in the Columbus-based band Dave Buker & the Historians, and you might have seen her at various performance venues around Columbus and Ohio. She has previous theatre experience in high school, college, and within a local charity-based performance organization called SNAP. By day, Leanna is an Admissions Rep and Recruiter for Columbus State Community College. She would like to thank her friends and family for their continued support and encouragement.

Josh Kaplonski– Director. Josh is a local performer and has been both on and off stage in over 40 productions since moving to Columbus in 2009. Favorite roles include Bill Sykes (Oliver!), Marcellus Washburn (The Music Man), and Ernst Ludwig (Cabaret). Outside of the theatre, Josh enjoys playing music, knitting, crochet, and sewing. Great thanks to ERBT, TADK, PSK, and GSK; without you, I wouldn't be me.

Rachel Lynne Harper– Stage Manager. Rachel is absolutely honored to be stage managing a show that has impacted her so deeply. Hedwig is a dream show that demands to be told. Previous credits include Christmas in Columbus: Return of the Elf (ASM, Short North Stage), Venus & Adonis, A Riff on Hamlet (SM, Wild Women Writing), The Last Five Years (SM, Hester/Harper Productions), Heathers: the Musical (Assistant Lighting), Romeo and Juliet (SM), Stupid F***ing Bird (SM), An Enemy of the People (ASM, The Ohio State University), and Spring Awakening (SM, Machinery of Night Co.) Much love to the friends of the theatre and the Hed-heads that love so deeply. Lift up your hands!

Michael O’Dell– Music Director. Michael is excited to join the Hedwig gang after conducting Imagine’s Reefer Madness this past fall. He is an alumnus of Boston’s Berklee College of Music and Cleveland’s Baldwin-Wallace Conservatory of Music. Michael has served as Music Director for a plethora of equity Los Angeles, NYC, and San Francisco shows. Among his favorites: Sweeney Todd, On The Town, A Little Night Music, A New Brain, Ragtime, Bat Boy, Into the Woods, Spelling Bee, and the In the Mood national tour. As a composer/lyricist/playwright, Michael premiered his musical Waiting... at the Boulder Int’l Fringe Festival. When not gigging, Michael sings karaoke with his inebriated LYFT & Uber riders via his company REDCARaOKE.com
