Note: (i) Principals are requested to verify the eligibility of the candidates forregistration for examination in respect of malpractice/ court cases/ credits.

(ii) Hall Tickets are to be issued by the Principal only to the eligible candidateswho fulfill the academic requirements of the University. The Principals arerequested to inform the students that mere payment of examination feedoes not guarantee eligibility for appearing for examination.

1. Applicants of RR Batchshould enclose the Xerox copies of latest MarksMemo containing details of failed subjectsalong with the applications.

2. APPLICATIONS CAN BE OBTAINED AT THE OFFICE OF THERESPECTIVE PRINCIPALS OF THE RESPECTIVE COLLEGES AND

DULY FILLED IN APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE HANDED OVER IN THERESPECTIVE COLLEGE OFFICE WITH NECESSARY FEE.

3. The Principals are requested to submit the filled in Applications to the

Controller of Examinations J.N.T. University Kakinada as per theschedule given below.

4. Lab /Project Viva Voce Examinations award lists are to be sent to the

Controller of Examinations J.N.T. University Kakinada,so as to reachthis office on or before 15-04-2013.

5. All the above Examinations will be conducted at the respective colleges.

6. The Principals are requested to arrange to pay the examination fee inLump sum by consolidating all the above examinations in the Registrars

ONLINE Account. However, credit separately for each of the followingCategories (viz. without late fee, with late fee of Rs.100/- and with lateFee of Rs.1000/-)

7. The Principals are requested to remit the above fee ON LINE in the

Registrars SB Account No.30538088925 (IFSC CODE:SBIN0001358) on the

next day of the last date as per the above schedule. They are also

requested to submit the counter foil and bank transaction in token of

transfer of amount into the Registrars account on the same day along

with applications at University Office.

Applications are to be submitted the following Dates:

1 Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam & East Godavari Districtson 04-04-2013.

2. West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur and Prakasham Districts

on 05-04-2013.
