So this is a new concept for the labor market in Romania, it has been introduced together with the Labor Code in 2003, the temporary work agent and the personnel leasing gain more and more sympathizers both among the candidates and the companies that need it for seasonal activities or for replacing in-disposable employees for a determined period of time.

The personnel leasing allows the client:• A great flexibility regarding the increase or reduction of the personnel needed without any funds

for recruitment and then administration or salaries. • It transfers the professional non-conformance risks of the new employees to our company.

Personnel Leasing

Starting with 2007, in order to fulfil our clients’ needs, we have developed a new concept: work on the client’s site.

This kind of process is a new concept on the labour force market. It means that the candidates are selected and hired by IHM Total Consult, they work within the client’s organization, under their internal rules, and the client only pays the hours actually worked by our employees.

Without increasing your headcount and without having to pay for vacations, medicals leaves, anything else except for the hours the employees spend working within the client’s site, you can and use the personnel for a specified period of time- as long as the designated project lasts.

Some of our clients that we are/ have successfully developed projects with are: SSI-Schafer Germany, Continental Timisoara, Vulcan, Alstom, Griro.

Projects Execution on Clients’ Site

By the administration and payroll service IHM Total Consult offers tailor made solutions for each type of business in compliance with the Romanian legislation.Together with our specialists you can choose the services that better cover your company's needs.

The services we offer:Concluding the Individual Labor Contract, any other additional acts and registration with the Local Labour Office;Provide the employees the documents needed to apply for bank loans and any other credit facilities, for setting a doctor appointment or any other certificates needed;Maintaining the relation with the labor medical facility;Managing all the issues concerning salaries management (payroll, payment orders, state authorities declarations , fiscal charts, etc) and payments to the employees and to the state (salaries paid in the salary account, social taxes dues and paid to the state budget) Submit to the Beneficiary different reports about the employees upon request (e.g., medical reports, holiday absence reports, status of payment of social contributions, etc.)

Whom is PMP addressed to?
