2. Overview of IHI Energy & Plant Business
IHI supplies the world with state-of-the-art coal-fired boilers, utilizing Clean Coal Technology (CCT), which we developed through years of extensive research. This technology enables us to use coal, a cheap and widely available resource, more efficiently and economically, resulting in lower CO2 emissions and a better utilization of the world’s limited natural resources. IHI’s accumulated technology is also used in other coal-fired power plant applications, such as De-NOx and De-SOx.

Raw material for the S/S is becoming available gradually in Indonesia.IHI are planning to fully utilize local material to maximize local contents.
