Time On Site: 7:00 am
7:00 am Four air monitoring stations were set up at perimeter locations specified by the CM, forming a quadrangle around the anticipated work area. According to EnTech, air monitoring is occurring at the four air monitoring stations beginning at 6:40 am. The air monitoring station locations are depicted on the Sketch.
7:00 am to 3:15 pm GC installing rebar and wooden formwork for the construction of the elevated ramp in the eastern section of the site.
7:00 am to 12:00 pm GC installing scaffolding in the eastern section of the concrete slab.
7:00 am to 1:00 pm Solar Inc. installing conduit on the tipping ramp in the eastern section of the site.

7:00 am to 3:00 pm Stonebridge utilizing two cranes and elevating work platforms at the site to install structural steel in the northwestern, eastern, and central sections of the concrete foundation slab. Stonebridge welding structural steel in the western section of the site.
7:00 am to 2:30 pm Giaquinto building interior cinder block walls for the main building in the northern section of the concrete foundation slab. Cement mixing and concrete block cutting in the northeastern section of the concrete foundation slab. Giaquinto utilizing a Lull forklift to move materials and garbage around the site.
7:35 am to 8:20 am Water tank truck filling up with water from a fire hydrant located on Bay 41st Street.
8:20 am, 11:35 am, 1:00 pm, 2:10 pm
The GC implemented dust suppression by wetting down the ground surface at the site with water from the water tank truck.
9:30 am to 10:00 am & 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm
Site work stops for a work break.
3:00 pm Site work stops for the day (with the exception of the concrete pump truck work).
3:00 pm to 3:45 pm GC utilizing a concrete pump truck to pour shear walls on the western section of the concrete foundation slab.
3:45 pm to 5:30 pm Concrete pump truck utilizing concrete wash out station. Concrete pump truck having technical difficulties. Concrete pump truck lowering the boom on the truck.
5:30 pm Concrete pump truck off-site. Site work stops for the day. EnTech removes air monitoring stations.
Time Off-Site: 5:30 pm
General Observations:
According to EnTech, particulate matter and total organic vapors were not detected at concentrations greater than the action levels.
