1. Wave 1 – The Pilot (1999-2002)

4. Wave 4 – Consolidate and Stabilise

(2010-2020)

During that time, there a 88 selected schools, chose by our ministry

The selected schools will supported with 3 model of technology:

1. Computer lab model

2. Limited classroom model

3. Full classroom model

students are passive

development of passive students due to lack of

communication, which need to enhance student’s

confidence as well as their soft skill. They become

passive because all of the tasks are aided of technology

and does not need the students to have guts to speak

out their mind in front of teachers and friends

teachers need to do too many non-teaching task are

also the challenges to be addressed in Smart school

for examples:

1.needs to respond to the electronic mail

2.update students’ assessment records and

portfolios in preparation for an upcoming

parent-teacher conference

3.attend a video conference
