Entry Requirements

Prospective students should note that the following entrance qualifications are required for those wishing to undertake thePostgraduate Diploma programme:

1. IELTS grade 5.5 or above, or other evidence of equivalent English language proficiency and2. A recognised degree in a related course or

3. ABE Advanced Diploma or4. ICM Advanced Diploma5. Possession of level 6 qualifications from other recognised awarding bodies or6. Five years senior management experience (students must check with us regarding this experience prior to registering

for the course. Such mature student must demonstrate clear intellectual potential for postgraduate studies.

Content

1. Leading and managing for the future.2. Managing enterprise in health and social care.3. Managing finance in health and social care.4. Managing service delivery in health and social care.5. Personal and team effectiveness in health and social care.

Course Duration

12 months of full-time study at the International College of Professional Studies (ICPS).

Assessment

1. Written Assignment Briefs which will be marked internally by an ICPS assessor.2. The Assignment Brief will then be moderated by a second subject expert member of the ICPS faculty.3. The Assignment Brief will then be cross-checked and vetted by an ICPS Internal Verifier.4. Samples of the students work will eventually be checked by the ABP External Verifier.5. The critical test for passing is to adequately meet all the Learning Outcomes and Assessment Criteria for each

Unit.
