Leadership Training Course

Proyek Formasi ICCRSResponding to the call which Pope John Paul II made in the year 2000 to all Movements concerning the urgency and necessity of forming disciples in accordance with the heart of Jesus, ICCRS has developed an international Formation Project for the Catholic Charismatic Renewal (CCR) based on the theology of the Holy Spirit and on Charismatic spirituality.

The ICCRS Leadership Training Course, which is a one-week school, is a way to help foster Leadership in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal worldwide.

ICCRS is pleased to partner with local Charismatic realities in order to provide this weeklong program that will call and empower new leaders as well as strengthen and encourage current leaders.

The course includes Mass, holy hour and charismatic praise and worship on a daily basis. In addition there will be periods of time throughout the program for fellowship and community building, as well as opportunities for the participants to receive ministry.

Menanggapi panggilan Paus Yohanes Paulus II pada tahun 2000 untuk semua gerakan-gerakan di dalam Gereja, mengenai urgensi dan perlunya pembentukan murid-murid yang sesuai dengan hati Yesus, maka ICCRS telah mengembangkan International Formation Project (Proyek Formasi Internasional) untuk gerakan Pembaharuan Karismatik Katolik (PKK ) berdasarkan teologi Roh Kudus dan spiritualitas Karismatik .

Kursus Pelatihan Kepemimpinan

Kursus Pelatihan Kepemimpinan dari ICCRS adalah kursus selama satu minggu, yang membantu mengembangkan Kepemimpinan dalam gerakan Pembaharuan Karismatik Katolik di seluruh dunia.

ICCRS dalam kemitraannya dengan gerakan Karismatik lokal mengadakan program LTC ini untuk memanggil dan memberdayakan Pemimpin baru serta memperkuat dan mendorong para Pemimpin saat ini.

Kursus ini meliputi Misa, jam suci, pujian penyembahan karismatik setiap hari. Juga waktu di keseluruhan program untuk persekutuan dan pembangunan komunitas, serta kesempatan bagi peserta untuk dilayani.

Objectives Tujuan Give people a theological and ecclesial foundation for service. Give people practical and helpful information, about serving the Church, deepening the charismatic dimension. Give people an opportunity to experience the transforming power of God's love. Create a network for people to share experience, support, and resources.

Why an LTC? Mengapa harus mengikuti LTC?

The first segment of ICCRS' leadership formation was the establishment of the three-week program in Rome, the Leadership Formation Institute. The program was met with real enthusiasm from those who attended. The most common question we were asked was, “why can we not take this experience with us? Can ICCRS produce this program in our home countries?”

Obviously, it was not possible to take the Vatican personnel, and the Coliseum travelling all over the world. Yet the demand for this kind of formation was so strongly asked for, that a condensed program was created, offering the essence of the three-week program in a one-week, condensed format, using the same topics as its foundation.

But this program is able to go around the world! By being local and of a shorter duration, many more people can afford both the time and finances to participate in this program. Many have come for the one-week course to “get a taste” of the formation work of ICCRS, then decide to attend the fuller program in Rome.

We are very happy with the way the one-week program is being attended around the world and hope you will join us for a “taste of the program in Rome” right in your area!

The goal of the LTC is to train leaders and potential leaders in serving the Church in the power of the Holy Spirit. We provide this program locally and in the span of one week in order to make the information and experience as available to as many people as possible.

Bagian pertama dalam program pembentukan kepemimpinan yang dilakukan oleh ICCRS adalah dibuatnya program tiga minggu di Roma, oleh Institut Pembentukan Kepemimpinan. Program ini disambut dengan antusias oleh orang-orang yang mengikutinya. Dan pertanyaan yang paling umum diajukan adalah, “Kami ingin membawa pengalaman ini ke negara kami.

Dapatkah ICCRS mengadakan program ini di negara kami?"Jelas tidak mungkin untuk membawa seluruh personil di Vatikan, dan Koliseum untuk bepergian ke seluruh dunia. Namun permintaan untuk program formasi ini yang begitu banyak, akhirnya membuat ICCRSS untuk menawarkan program tiga minggu menjadi satu minggu, dalam satu format yang padat, dengan menggunakan topik-topik yang sama sebagai landasannya.

Akhirnya program ini juga bisa ditawarkan untuk di seluruh dunia! Dengan diadakannya program ini diluar Roma, dan dengan durasi yang lebih singkat & biaya lebih murah, membuat lebih banyak orang dapat mengikutinya. Banyak yang datang mengikuti kursus satu minggu ini untuk bisa "merasakan" seperti apa program pembentukan ICCRS ini, sehingga mereka kemudian dapat memutuskan apakah ingin mengikuti program yang lebih lengkap di Roma nantinya.

Tujuan dari LTC adalah untuk melatih para Pemimpin dan calon Pemimpin dalam melayani Gereja dalam kuasa Roh Kudus. Kami menyediakan program ini secara lokal dan dalam rentang satu minggu untuk menjangkau sebanyak mungkin orang.

Curriculum KurikulumIn the area of Teaching the Foundations/Passing on the Vision we will offer the following:

1. Ecclesiology gives us a most basic understanding of the Church we are part of and are desperate to serve. Key teaching points include: a brief time-line of the Church, how the Church sees herself, leadership/authority structure in the Church, Vatican II.

2. Baptism in the Holy Spirit helps us understand and appreciate what this gift is and its implication for us and the Church. Key teaching points include: An understanding of the Holy Spirit, role of Holy Spirit in the life of an individual and in the Church, charismatic experience of the Holy Spirit compared to sacramental experience of Holy Spirit, the experience of baptism in the Holy Spirit.

3. Catholic Charismatic Renewal (CCR) gives an understanding of the movement and its functions as a servant of the Holy Spirit. Key teaching points include: A brief history of activity of the Holy Spirit in the Church prior to beginning of CCR, a brief history of the CCR since 1967, ecumenical aspects of CCR, CCR demographics, fruit of CCR, Papal approval of CCR, CCR today, ICCRS.

4. Theology of Mission points us outward, looking to the world which Jesus spoke of “Go forth and make disciples of all nations…” (Mt 18:29). Key teaching points include: Jesus' command to evangelize, the Church's teaching on evangelization, the heart of a missionary.

In the area of Practicum we will offer the following:

1. Elements of a prayer meeting (I): Structure and format of prayer meeting, welcoming people, prophetic gifts/charisms during a prayer meeting.2. Elements of a prayer meeting (II): Praise and worship, giving a teaching.3. Elements of a prayer meeting (III): Prayer ministry, dealing with problems.4. Evangelization: basic techniques.5. Life of a Leader (I): Essential qualities, charisms, and character traits of a leader.6. Life of a Leader (II): Temptations, traps, pitfalls, and dangers for leaders. The need to honestly know ourselves.7. Life of a Leader (III): Things leaders need to attend to in their own lives.8. Life of a Leader (IV): Raising up new leaders/empowering others for ministry.

The programs of Reflection and Ministry would offer the following topics:1. The Father: accepting the reality of the Fathers' love, how to live as a child of the Father.2. Jesus: The role of Jesus, the person of Jesus, living under the Lordship of Jesus.3. The Holy Spirit: The Wind and Fire from above. The Counselor.4. The Body of Christ: Finding the presence of God in the Church… and the world!5. The Good News: A basic and joyful proclamation of the Gospel.

Melalui LTC peserta akan belajar hal-hal berikut:

1. Eklesiologi (studi mengenai Gereja) memberi kita pemahaman yang paling dasar dari Gereja yang dimana kita adalah bagian darinya dan untuk melayaninya. Poin-poin pengajaran utama meliputi: ulasan singkat sejarah Gereja, bagaimana Gereja melihat dirinya, struktur kepemimpinan/otoritas dalam Gereja, Vatikan II.

2. Baptisan dalam Roh Kudus membantu kita memahami dan menghargai karunia ini dan implikasinya bagi kita dan Gereja. Poin-poin pengajaran utama meliputi: Pemahaman tentang Roh Kudus, peran Roh Kudus dalam kehidupan individu dan Gereja, pengalaman karismatik Roh Kudus dibandingkan dengan pengalaman sakramental Roh Kudus, pengalaman baptisan Roh Kudus.

3. Pembaharuan Karismatik Katolik (PKK) memberikan pemahaman tentang gerakan dan fungsinya sebagai hamba Roh Kudus. Poin-poin pengajaran utama meliputi: Sejarah singkat aktivitas Roh Kudus dalam Gereja sebelum awal PKK, sejarah singkat dari PKK sejak tahun 1967, aspek ekumenis dari PKK, demografi PKK, buah PKK, persetujuan Kepausan dari PKK, PKK saat ini, ICCRS.

4. Teologi Misi mengarahkan kita ke luar, mencari ke dunia yang Yesus maksudkan ketika Dia berkata "Pergilah, jadikanlah semua bangsa ..." (Mat 18:29). Poin-poin pengajaran utama meliputi: perintah Yesus untuk memberitakan Injil, ajaran Gereja tentang evangelisasi, esensi dari seorang misionaris.

Juga akan dipraktekkan hal-hal berikut:

1. Unsur-unsur pertemuan doa (I): Struktur dan formatpertemuan doa, penyambutan umat, karunia kenabian/karisma-karisma selama pertemuan doa.2. Unsur-unsur dari pertemuan doa (II): Pujian dan ibadah, memberi pengajaran.3. Unsur-unsur pertemuan doa (III): Pelayanan Doa, penanganan masalah-masalah.4. Evangelisasi: teknik dasar.5. Hidup seorang Pemimpin (I): kualitas esensial, karisma- karisma, dan karakter seorang Pemimpin.6. Kehidupan Pemimpin (II): Godaan, perangkap- perangkap, dan bahaya-bahaya bagi para Pemimpin. Kebutuhan untuk jujur mengenal diri kita sendiri.7. Kehidupan Pemimpin (III): Hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam kehidupan mereka sendiri sebagai seorang Pemimpin.8. Kehidupan Pemimpin (IV): mengembangkan Pemimpin baru/memberdayakan orang lain untuk pelayanan.

Akan dilakukan Refleksi/Renungan dan Pelayanan yang membahas topik-topik berikut:1. Bapa: menerima realitas kasih Bapa, bagaimana hidup sebagai anak Bapa.2. Yesus: Peran Yesus, pribadi Yesus, hidup di bawah keTuhanan Yesus.3. Roh Kudus: Angin dan Api dari atas. Sang Penasehat4. Tubuh Kristus: Menemukan kehadiran Allah di dalam Gereja ... dan dunia!5. Good News: Sebuah proklamasi dasar dan sukacita dari Injil.

Testimonials TestimoniLast LTC in the region was held in Singapore in 2012 and was attended by 93 Catholic Charismatic leaders from 14 countries, which included Australia, New Zealand, China, South Korea, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates and Qatar, who attended the June 10-16 course.

Participants from different countries who attended a week-long Charismatic Leadership Training Course (LTC) in Singapore say it has helped deepen their love for the Church and their commitment to service.

To be servants to the Church especially in the area of evangelisation, not only do we need to be strong in our charisms, we need to be rooted and grounded in what it means to be Catholic.” said Mrs Jessica Francisco.

2. “What I learnt from this course is the call to service to the community, where there is a greater need for intercessory prayer,” said Mr Joe D Silva, who is living in Sharjah, the United Arab Emirates. “Before this course I never knew that the Church in China is growing till I met Chinese charismatic leaders. I'm encouraged to pray for them and see the Church there flourish,” he further said.

3. One China participant said the LTC “helped me grow in my love for the Catholic Church and to serve closely within its structure”.

LTC terakhir di Asia diadakan di Singapura pada 10-16 Juni 2012 dan dihadiri oleh 93 Pemimpin Karismatik Katolik dari 14 negara, termasuk Australia, Selandia Baru, Cina, Korea Selatan, Bahrain, Uni Emirat Arab dan Qatar.

Peserta dari berbagai negara yang menghadiri LTC seminggu di Singapura itu mengatakan bahwa LTC telah membantu memperdalam cinta mereka bagi Gereja dan komitmen mereka untuk pelayanan.

Berikut adalah apa yang mereka katakan:1. " LTC telah membantu kami untuk memperdalam cinta akan Tuhan dan Gereja-Nya. Untuk menjadi pelayan Gereja khususnya di bidang penginjilan, kita tidak hanya harus kuat dalam karisma-karisma kita, kita harus berakar dan berdasar pada apa artinya menjadi Katolik." kata Jessica Francisco.

2. "Apa yang saya pelajari dari kursus ini adalah panggilan untuk pelayanan kepada komunitas, dimana ada kebutuhan yang lebih besar untuk pendoa syafaat," kata Joe D Silva, yang tinggal di Sharjah, Uni Emirat Arab. "Sebelum kursus ini saya tidak pernah tahu bahwa Gereja di China bertumbuh sampai aku bertemu pemimpin karismatik China. Saya didorong untuk berdoa bagi mereka dan melihat Gereja disana lebih berkembang, " ia lebih lanjut mengatakan.

3. Satu peserta dari China mengatakan LTC "membantu saya bertumbuh dalam kasih saya bagi Gereja Katolik dan untuk melayani erat dalam struktur".
