Reporting to the Business Development Director the ideal profile
for theright incumbent will be a high caliber professional, who
will ensure thecontinued prosperity and growth of the Agronomy
Development Section ofthe company, by maximizing all opportunities
and the leadership
requirements at the highest levels.
He will be fully responsible for:
Tobacco Producers Relationship Management
Planning, development & execution of Agronomy
DevelopmentStrategy
Agronomy R&D
Maximizing the ROI of products & services
Agronomy Project Management
Transfer of knowledge in tobacco producers
Candidate Profile
BSc in Agriculture. A MSc degree in a relevant academic field
isdesirable
Strong Know how in best practices of agronomy
At least 3 years of previous managerial working experience
At least 8 years of relative working experience in agronomy
sector
R&D experience in tobacco industry is desirable
International previous assignment in tobacco industry is
desirable
Quality orientation
People managerial skills
Project Management
Innovation & Creativity
Fluent Greek & English
Strong information technology skills
Availability for business trips
