once you have a clear understanding o the challenges.

• Cloud economics - the expected benefts and savings.
• How to identiy target workloads or cloud that are aligned with your business priorities?
• How ready is your inrastructure or cloud; ie network, server, storage and standard architecture? Are the
undamentals in place and where are the obvious gaps?
• Understanding cloud deployment challenges and how to address and manage them.
