Dear Sirs

I understand that you are considering Ria Sebetsa for upgrading the estate entrance and potential guarding.

This letter serves as confirmation that I have used Ria Sebetsa in my capacity as Chairperson of Donnington Park

Body Corporate and Director of Albertyn Circle HOA for the past 6 months. They have been instrumental in the

formation and guidance of the HOA, in particular the contract regarding the road closure of Albertyn Street.

Danny Maduray and his team have been a pleasure to deal with. Their professional, yet friendly approach to

business has allowed us to forge a strong partnership with them and tailor their services to fit our security needs.

Ria Sebetsa continually go above and beyond my expectations and two recent incidents highlight this tendency. One

of my trustees in Villa Velvithia Body Corporate fell into an attenuation channel and badly injured himself. In

desperation I called Danny Maduray who immediately dispatched a team to assist (beating both our own armed

response and medical services). They were on the scene in minutes and assisted the injured trustee out of the

channel and to hospital. Danny even personally followed up the following day to see how he was doing.

Again when my domestic worker was harassed by potential criminals outside Kyalami Ridge Danny offered to give

her safe passage and gave her Ria Sebetsa number for immediate assistance. Both the incidents above involved

parties that are not even clients (yet). Danny puts this down to community service and is extremely committed to

making Midrand a safe place to live.

I highly recommend using Ria Sebetsa and as a resident of Kyalami Ridge I strongly urge you to forge this relationship

and further secure the safety of our estate. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me

It is with great privilege to draft this letter of recommendation for Ria Sebetsa Security. We hereby

confirm that Ria Sebetsa security is our preferred security service provider appointed to manage the

security for the street closure of our road, i.e. Rudi Neitz street located in Vorna Valley, Midrand.

After a lengthy tender process, Ria Sebetsa Security was awarded the contract to manage the security of

our road closure. This entails 24-hour manning of our boom gates, patrols on our streets and

surrounding areas which includes the surrounding vlei.

We are extremely pleased that we have direct interactions with the CEO, i.e. Mr. Danny Maduray which

has resulted in queries being responded to in a very timeous manner. Danny and his team further

implemented tagging systems and vehicle patrols in the vlei when no other security provider was willing

to do this.

We find that the management of this company are always willing to give advice when requested and

when problems arise (which have been very rarely) they have reacted quickly and efficiently.

Ria Sebetsa is a security company that puts the community first…at the heart of all that they do!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Dear Sir This letter serves as confirmation that I have used Ria Sebetsa in my capacity as Chairperson of Villa Velvithia Body Corporate (R800 for electric fence monitoring), Director of Kyalami Hills Extension 5 HOA (R24000 pm for road closure and patrol) and Chair of Kyalami Hills Inner Circle (R47000 pm for road closure and patrol) over the last five years. They have been instrumental in the establishment and implementation of our security policies. Danny Maduray and his team have been a pleasure to deal with. Their professional, yet friendly approach to business has allowed us to forge a strong partnership with them and tailor their services to fit our security needs. This attitude culminates throughout the team from the guards to the owner and I have never had a situation where I didn’t feel my needs as a client were met. Ria Sebetsa continually go above and beyond my expectations and three recent incidents highlight this tendency. One of my trustees in Villa Velvithia Body Corporate fell into an attenuation channel and badly injured himself. In desperation I called Danny Maduray who immediately dispatched a team to assist (arriving prior both our own armed response and medical services). They were on the scene in minutes and assisted the injured trustee out of the channel and to hospital. Danny even personally followed up the following day to see how he was doing. When a ferocious veld fire was burning very close to some residents houses in KHE5 HOA and on seeing that the fire department was not able to respond Ria Sebetsa stopped fighting crime and started fighting the fire with hosepipes and buckets preventing potentially devastating damage to our properties. Some of these incidents above involved parties that are not even clients (yet). Danny puts this down to community service and is extremely committed to making Midrand a safe place to live. Factors like these ensured that Ria Sebetsa was the number one choice when appointing a service provider to handle many of our security assignments. Recently a contract was appointed to another security company where Ria Sebetsa had previously been appointed. I was against the change as there was no solid reason to appoint another provider but was voted against. Since then we have had many complaints against the replacement company and incidents such as armed robbery. The residents are seriously regretting the change and many are calling for the reinstatement of Ria Sebetsa. Unfortunately they are learning the hard way that no other company goes as far as Ria Sebetsa went to ensure that we remained secure and stable. When dealing with a more corporate structure there is much red tape and politics and no inniative taken or assistance out of stipulated contract provided. They are also
