Looking any U.S. officials, Texas and Harris County have verified the evidence of my cases and / or are determined to cover up to continue to protect all my killers and gangsters discriminators. They have not done anything right until today to finish this particular crime, or fix their disastrous results. Except:

The most important evidence of having been the victim of unjust imprisonment or kidnapping and many others suffered damages of at least 25 violations of my rights has been to get my second court victory embodied in a judicial decision that has the dismissal of Criminal Case No 1692632. Done at the last hearing of the Court No. 3 of Harris County Criminal Court, Texas, as of January 19, 201I. Verify the evidence in ANNEX 28 (MOTION TO DISMISS) and ANNEX 29 (NOTICE REITERATE TO SIX COURTS OF THREE U.S. TRIBUNALS).
VII- THE DEMANDS.
Once again I reiterate all my demands in the previous 23 cases litigants. FIRST. I reiterate my DEMANDS IN CIVIL CASE NO: H-08-1869, demanding repayment of my rights and compensation as follows:
a- I assigned a lawyer or allow me to continue to exercise my right of self defense to get me the satisfaction of my claims. b- End the boycott of my legitimate victory in this litigation. c- Was fairly tried and settles this case, repealing all resolutions accomplished by EAGLE, TWCCRD and EEOC, in violation of my rights and made to suffer for my family and me for four years.
A- Is forcing EAGLE
1 - I submit a document stating that during the time that I worked on THE GOLF CLUB AT CINCO RANCH my conduct was excellent with respect to timeliness, quality and quantity of work, discipline and human relations, and that drove me unfairly.
2 - Annul the NOTICE (TW 07941) imposed on me by DEPUTY FORT BEND COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT FOR BEND COUNTY, TEXAS, prohibiting me "THAT YOU ARE NOT TO ENTER IN OR UPON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 2510 and 2509 Cinco Lakes, Katy TX. 77450, with threats of "ARREST AND Prosecution"
3 - I restored mystical full labor rights, civil and human rights in the Golf Course Maintenance Department of THE GOLF CLUB AT CINCO RANCH. 4 - Me by the corresponding raise for having made almost a year as labor and additional features that rejected all members of the labor collective. 5 - I was compensated with two million dollars, $2.000.000.00. 1 - Immediately institute a rigorous and relevant research, sponsored by this Court and / or the U.S. Supreme Court. UU. To check and verify the veracity of my allegations complainants. 2 - Each of the defendants (Ms. Lee Hyman Rosenthal. Judge of the Court of the United States District of Texas Division of Houston, and Mr. Greg Abbott. Texas Attorney General) I indemnify each with the amount of $1.000.000.00. A million dollars.
THREE. I reiterate my CIVIL CLAIMS IN THE CASE No: 4.10-cv-01758. My complaints are that:
1) Mr. William K. Suter, Clerk of the Supreme Court of the United States to accept my self-petition for certiorari, repeated nine times (all sent by email and five of them in the mail) but rejected by the aforementioned discriminatory, arbitrary, prevaricating, mafia and retaliation. Check explanatory details of the evidence supporting documents mentioned in No. 21, 23 and 26, among others, sent to the Supreme Court of the United States, annexed to this civil case.
2) Mr. William K. Suter explain the fate that has given the first of two folders that contain 114 of my supporting documents, with more than 600 pages, which allegedly destroyed or held hostage.
3) Mr. William K. Suter compensates me with $1.000.000.00. One million dollars in order to mitigate additional damage that is causing me.
FOURTH. I reiterate my DEMAND IN THE CIVIL CASE No: CV52C0296178, transferred to Civil Case No: 410-cv-01848. My claim is that Mr. David J. Bradley, Clerk of U.S. Court. Southern District of Texas, Houston Division, I compensated with $ 500.000.00, five hundred thousand dollars.
FIFTH. I reiterate my FIRST APPLICATIONS FILED A JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, PRECINCT 5 PLACE 2, AND THEN TO HARRIS COUNTY DISTRICT COURT IN CIVIL CASES:
A) No. SC52C0270511 and No. 2009-72444 (Court # 113) v. Wal-Mart Stores Inc. 1) Ms. Gina Cis was forced to retract for their crimes and defamation calumniation the detriment of me standing by a letter signed by her and three witnesses or a notary. It's farewell to the Wal-Mart # 3226 for reasons and suspicious
circumstances to eliminate the very important witness of my complaints against Mr. Bob Young, the principal and guiltiest of this criminal history. 2) I restored all my labor rights violated by Wal-Mart Store Inc., including my free entry to any property of Wal-Mart Store Inc., and Sams. 3) I delivered a letter signed by an authority on Wal-Mart stating his relief and satisfaction to me and my family for the many that have caused damage. 4) I pay an amount of $1.000.000.00. A million dollars as compensation intended to cover various expenses, in addition to repair and / or mitigate the multiple damage caused me all crimes reported in the above claim against me, my family and MYTRUTHS. 5) Rectify the recent decision to raise me only two-thirds of the salary I deserve and I allocated the full amount I am claiming for my excellent work efficiency certified in my last annual evaluation. 6) Correct all violations in the night section of the maintenance department of Wal-Mart Store # 3226, changing its current system of organization, according to the laws and general labor standards Wal-Mart Store Inc. 7) The correct procedures of the two Wal-Mart Store Inc. set forth below, to be violated and detrimental to its members:
1º) To comply with the policy of "Open" complementing that of "fair and immediate responses." No logical or legal between two partners only one report speaking or notice, while the other remains silent, without answering. Especially if these informants and notifying various issues are simple workers and their leaders are always silent.
2º) To complement the legitimate policy (of dignity and austerity) in welcoming the new partner Wal-Mart Store Inc. For five crimes of abuse of power, complicity, corruption and discrimination, sue the government insist Harris County to:
1 - I compensated with $1.000.000.00. a million dollars, destine to pay for various expenses caused by the harmful and damaging referred crimes against my being, my family and my small business MYTRUTHS.
2 - I returned the two exhibits that I stole.
C) No. 2009-28342 (Court # 127) v. Triumvirate: Presiding Judge Reagan Helm, Attorney Vince Ryan and David L. Attorney Lawyer Garza. For five crimes of abuse of power, complicity, corruption and discrimination, sue the government insist Harris County to:
1 - I compensated with $1.000.000.00. One million dollars, destine to pay for various expenses caused by the harmful and damaging referred crimes against my being, my family and my small business MYTRUTHS.
2 - I give away the copy of the document referred to evidence resulting from the assessment of the state of my psyche, made and reported by that MHMRA coroner, Dr. Garcia Huerta Who I verbally requested in writing and I always refused. I have no doubt that the outcome of this evidence supports the suitability and enlightened of my previous complaints and demands, which is why the aforementioned perpetrators discriminators, tyrannical, corrupt, gangsters and multi repeat that I do not wish to have.
SIXTH. I reiterate my DEMAND IN CIVIL CASE NO: 201106034, filed in the Court: 189, Harris County Civil Court against Ms. Kim Kanal, the owner or part owner of "Providence Place, to compensate me with $1.000.000.00. One million dollars. Having accused me the grave crime of terrorist threat, acting intentionally or instigated by the Government of Texas and / or Harris County. Being the first cause of all the unfortunate consequences suffered by me, my family and MYTRUTHS. Check the evidence in ANNEX 30. SEVEN. I reiterate my DEMAND IN CIVIL CASE NO: 201106037, filed in the Court: No. 80 of Harris County Civil Court against the government of Harris County to pay me as compensation the amount of $1.000.000.00. One million dollars. For having committed at least 25 crimes discriminators and retaliation against me, especially for having organized and carried out a trial extremely unfaithful. Biggest culprit being an executor of any and all such unfortunate consequences suffered by me, my family and MYTRUTHS. Check the evidence in ANNEX 31. EIGHT. I reiterate my DEMAND IN CIVIL CASE NO: 201106042, filed in the Court: No. 113, Harris County Civil Court against the government of Harris County to pay me as compensation the amount of $1.000.000.00. One million dollars. For having committed at least 25 crimes discriminators and retaliation against me, especially to keep me kidnapped and tortured in prison for six months. Biggest culprit being an executor of any and all such unfortunate consequences suffered by me, my family and MYTRUTHS. Check the evidence in ANNEX 32.
NINE. I reiterate my DEMANDS IN CIVIL CASE NO: C-SC52C0297294, first presented at the Peace Court Precinct 5 Harris County and later in U.S. District Court Texas, Houston Division against the Minister Eric Holder, the Government and other authorities U.S. Considering the diverse and intense physical and psychological consequences that the above discriminators have been causing me and many other
workers (detailed in hundreds of previous statements and summarized in the following section)
1st) I was compensated with $10.000.000.00. Ten million dollars. That will destine to cover the expenses necessary for the proper recovery of my being, my family and my small business MYTRUTHS caused by large, intense and sustained damages. In addition to help with one or more foundations to assist Hispanics in the United States and human rights in Cuba.
2nd) benefit the American people with effective judicial reform. The need for which I have argued and advised on several of my statements and in seven chapters litigants exposed and reported in my recent book entitled REFORMISM v. Disintegrate Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) for being unconstitutional governmental (state and federal, respectively) activity incumbent usurping the judicial institutions in all jurisdictions (precintales, county, state and federal). As Mafia (concealing and fraudulent) arbitrary and corrupt, many reasons to discriminate homophones and xenophobic to the great mass of humble workers, intensifying the harmful and damaging violations caused by their employers, especially the oligarchs and other businessmen about scammers rich. d.
