Organisational structure defines how activities such as task allocation,
coordination ,and supervision are directed towards the achievement of
organisational goals
Organisational structure provides, the foundation on which standard operating
procedures and routines rest. It determines which individuals get to participate
in which decision-making process, and thus to what extent their views shape
the organisation's actions
from outside academic and corporate world

Current Affairs
Prominent Business Magazines and news papers are taken for the purpose
In current affairs major part for understanding business and management Is from financial area and the rest is from other areas like economics, marketing and strategy.
If all the terminology and related meaning is well understood by the students, then all the business stories would awaken deeper interest in the
students. And this would help creating reading habits for the business and other related areas which is our focus in the beginning.
Good articles and important events could be taken up for debates and
presentations.
Mentoring
This part in the beginning would start with book reviews through
presentations by the students
Case studies from different business areas could be used as business
stories to make them understand different /typical business situations where
some decision has to be taken
Videos/movies which is a very powerful medium could be used
for motivation, soft skills, & understanding business complexities
Mentoring
Concepts of Integrity, positive attitude, politeness coupled with assertiveness, confidence building measures ,enthusiasm, empathy and never give up attitude are also vital tools for a would be manager.
Everyone of us (teachers) can make a contribution , by using every clue that clicks with the above concepts, and spent a few moments to give tips for that, without sacrificing the continuity of the ongoing context.
Glory for the institute would come from the
Glory of the students, and
Glory for the students would come through the hard and smart work of teachers
Therefore the challenge would be very satisfying and rewarding
