SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2021 “HE WHO IS MIGHTY” Oh, the mercy our God has shown to those who sit in death’s shadow. The sun on high pierced the night, born was the Cornerstone. Unto us a Son is given, Unto us a Child is born. (Chorus) He who is mighty has done a great thing, taken on flesh, conquered death’s sting, shattered the darkness and lifted our shame. Holy is His Name, Holy is His Name. Oh, the freedom our Savior won. The yoke of sin has been broken! Once a slave, now by grace no more condemnation. Unto us a Son is given, Unto us a Child is born. Unto us a Son is given, Unto us a Child is born. (Chorus) He who is mighty has done a great thing, taken on flesh, conquered death’s sting, shattered the darkness and lifted our shame. Holy is His Name. (Chorus) He who is mighty has done a great thing, taken on flesh, conquered death’s sting, shattered the darkness and lifted our shame. Holy is His Name, Holy is His Name. Now my soul magnifies the Lord! I rejoice in the God who saves! I will trust His unfailing love! I will sing His praises all my days! Now my soul magnifies the Lord! I rejoice in the God who saves! I will trust His unfailing love! I will sing His praises all my days! I will sing His praises all my days! I will sing His praises all my days!

“VICTORY IN JESUS” I heard an old, old story, how a Savior came from glory, how He gave His life on Calvary to save a wretch like me, I heard about His groaning, of His precious blood’s atoning, then I repented of my sins and won the victory. (Chorus) O victory in Jesus, my Savior forever, He sought me and bought me with His redeeming blood, He loved me ere I knew Him, and all my love is due Him. He plunged me to victory beneath the cleansing flood. I heard about His healing, of His cleansing pow’r revealing, how He made the lame to walk again and caused the blind to see, and then I cried, “Dear Jesus, come and heal my broken spirit,” and somehow Jesus came and bro’t to me the victory. (Chorus) O victory in Jesus, my Savior forever, He sought me and bought me with His redeeming blood, He loved me ere I knew Him, and all my love is due Him. He plunged me to victory beneath the cleansing flood. I heard about a mansion He has built for me in glory, and I heard about the streets of gold beyond the crystal sea, about the angels singing, and the old redemption story, and some sweet day I’ll sing up there the song of victory. (Chorus) O victory in Jesus, my Savior forever, He sought me and bought me with His redeeming blood, He loved me ere I knew Him, and all my love is due Him. He plunged me to victory beneath the cleansing flood.

“IMMORTAL, INVISIBLE, GOD ONLY WISE” Immortal, invisible, God only wise, in light inaccessible hid from our eyes. Most blessed, most glorious, the Ancient of Days, Almighty, victorious, Thy great name we praise. Unresting, unhasting, and silent as light, nor wanting, nor wasting, Thou rulest in might. Thy justice, like mountains, high soaring above Thy clouds, which are fountains of goodness and love. To all, life Thou givest, to both great and small. In all life Thou livest, the true life of all. We blossom and flourish as leaves on the tree, and wither and perish, but naught changeth Thee. Great Father of glory, pure Father of light, Thine angels adore Thee, all veiling their sight. All praise we would render, O help us to see ‘tis only the splendor of light hideth Thee! ‘Tis only the splendor of light hideth Thee! ‘Tis only the splendor of light hideth Thee!

“GLORIOUS DAY” One day when Heaven was filled with His praises, one day when sin was as black as could be, Jesus came forth to be born of a virgin, dwelt among men, my example is He! The Word became flesh, and the light shined among us, His glory revealed! (Chorus) Living, He loved me, dying, He saved me, and buried, He carried my sins far away, rising, He justified freely forever, one day He’s coming, O glorious day! O glorious day! One day they led Him up Calvary’s mountain, one day they nailed Him to die on a tree. Suffering anguish, despised and rejected, bearing our sins, my Redeemer is He! The hands that healed nations stretched out on a tree and took the nails for me. (Chorus) Living, He loved me, dying, He saved me, and buried, He carried my sins far away, rising, He justified freely forever, one day He’s coming, O glorious day! O glorious day! One day the grave could conceal Him no longer, one day the stone rolled away from the door. Then He arose over death He had conquered, now is ascended, my Lord evermore! Death could not hold Him, the grave could not keep Him from rising again! (Chorus) Living, He loved me, dying, He saved me, and buried, He carried my sins far away, rising, He justified freely forever, one day He’s coming, O glorious day! O glorious day! Glorious day! One day the trumpet will sound for His coming, one day the skies with His glories will shine, wonderful day, my beloved One bringing, My Savior Jesus is mine! (Chorus) Living, He loved me, dying, He saved me, and buried, He carried my sins far away, rising, He justified freely forever, one day He’s coming, O glorious day! O glorious day! Glorious day! O glorious day! O glorious day!

“OH, SHOUT FOR JOY” Oh, shout for joy unto the Lord, worship Him with gladness. Let all the earth bring songs of praise, telling of His greatness. Know that the Lord we praise is God, He is God our Maker, and we are His, a people called sheep within His pasture. (Chorus) Oh, enter in His gates with praise, His courts with great thanksgiving, for He is good, His love endures morning after morning. Oh, shout for joy unto the Lord! See the way is open to live in peace beneath His grace, every sin forgiven. For He who knew no mark of sin, took our sin upon Him, that we might be the righteousness of the God of Heaven. (Chorus) Oh, enter in His gates with praise, His courts with great thanksgiving, for He is good, His love endures morning after morning. Oh, shout for joy unto the Lord through the hours of darkness, for day by day His faithful hand ever stays upon us. With every morning rise, we kneel, all our lives we offer to be a living sacrifice, wholly to the Savior. (Chorus) Oh, enter in His gates with praise, His courts with great thanksgiving, for He is good, His love endures morning after morning. (Chorus) Oh, enter in His gates with praise, His courts with great thanksgiving, for He is good, His love endures morning after morning.

“YET NOT I BUT THROUGH CHRIST IN ME” What gift of grace is Jesus my Redeemer? There is no more for heaven now to give. He is my joy, my righteousness and freedom, my steadfast love, my deep and boundless peace. To this I hold, my hope is only Jesus, for my life is wholly bound to His. Oh, how strange and divine, I can sing, all is mine, yet not I, but through Christ in me. The night is dark, but I am not forsaken, for by my side, the Savior, He will stay. I labor on in weakness and rejoicing, for in my need His power is displayed. To this I hold, my Shepherd will defend me, through the deepest valley He will lead. Oh, the night has been won and I shall overcome, yet not I, but through Christ in me. No fate I dread, I know I am forgiven, he future sure, the price, it has been paid. For Jesus bled and suffered for my pardon, and He was raised to overthrow the grave. To this I hold, my sin has been defeated, Jesus now and ever is my plea. Oh, the chains are released, I can sing, I am free, yet not I, but through Christ in me. With every breath I long to follow Jesus, for He has said that He will bring me home. And day by day, I know He will renew me, until I stand with joy before the throne. To this I hold, my hope is only Jesus, all the glory evermore to Him. When the race is complete, still my lips shall repeat, yet not I, but through Christ in me. To this I hold, my hope is only Jesus, all the glory evermore to Him. When the race is complete, still my lips shall repeat, yet not I, but through Christ in me.

INVITATION “AT CALVARY” Years I spent in vanity and pride, caring not my Lord was crucified, knowing not it was for me He died on Calvary. (Chorus) Mercy there was great and grace was free, pardon there was multiplied to me, there my burdened soul found liberty at Calvary. By God’s Word at last my sin I learned, then I trembled at the law I spurned, till my guilty soul imploring turned to Calvary. (Chorus) Mercy there was great and grace was free, pardon there was multiplied to me, there my burdened soul found liberty at Calvary. Now I’ve giv’n to Jesus ev’rything, now I gladly own Him as my King, now my raptured soul can only sing of Calvary. (Chorus) Mercy there was great and grace was free, pardon there was multiplied to me, there my burdened soul found liberty at Calvary. O the love that drew salvation’s plan! O the grace that bro’t it down to man! O the mighty gulf that God did span at Calvary! (Chorus) Mercy there was great and grace was free, pardon there was multiplied to me, there my burdened soul found liberty at Calvary.
