    patient is breastfeed by

    the mother until 2 mos,

    but now they change it

    to bottlefeeding.The

    patient drinks

    formulated milk 5-6x a

    day in a small bottle.

    significant others

    describe his child

    urine as yellow incolor and had soft

    stools. They

    frequently changeddiaper 4 diapers in

    day.

    According to the

    patients SO, they aremore aware that the

    health needs of their

    child and the betterment

    of his condition can begiven by the hospital.

    The patient drinksformulated milk 3-4nz a

    day in a small bottle.

    They still describe the

    childs eliminationpattern the same as

    before.

    consulting a medical

    professional can help

    their child recoveryfrom sickness.

    The patient/child

    really loves to becuddled by the

    parents, the patient

    cries if it just beenlying in the crib.

    milestones of a child,such as smiling and

    responding to sounds

    by laughing or crying.
