Hyundai Learning Portal - Quick Start Guide

Sign In to the Hyundai Learning Portal• Use your browser to enter the address: www.hyundailearningportal.com

You may want to save the address as a bookmark or favorite.

• Enter your Username and Password, then select Log In.

With the launch of this new LMS, Hyundai is also launching the Hyundai Learning Portal Help Desk.

This Help Desk supports all departments (Sales, Service and Parts).

When you call the Help Desk, you have the option of using voice commands to select your department and find self-service options such as password reset. You can also speak with a live operator for navigation and learning support.

View My Certification Requirements (My Curricula) • “Curriculum” refers to a related set of learning assignments you need to complete

for certification.

• Select the My Curricula tile to view your requirements.

• For more detail, click on the curricula name to see the list of courses required and details on completion status of each course.

HLP Home Screen • The Hyundai Learning Portal Home Screen gives you a full view of all the resources

you need, right at your fingertips

• If the learning assignment list is long, use a Filter to shorten it.

For example, select Filter, then select Optional from the Assignment Types menu.

• Just because a course has been assigned does not mean you are enrolled (see Register for a Course).

See What Courses I Need to Take (My Learning Assignments) • The courses assigned to you by Hyundai or your manager are listed in My Learning

Assignments, sorted by the due date.

Register for a Course • In My Learning Assignments, use the drop down menu for an assigned course

or event to Register Now.

• For online courses, you don’t need to register – just select Start Course.

Find a Specific Course/Event (Find Learning) • If you’re looking for something specific, enter key words or a title in Find Learning.

• There may be courses or events outside of your certification requirements or job function that could be helpful to your career development.

• To familiarize yourself with all that’s offered, select Browse All Courses.

View Courses I’ve Completed (History) • Use History to view completed courses or events, or to review content.

Print a Certificate of Completion • Expand the History tile to find completed courses and print your certificate.
