VITAMINS HERBAL SUPPLEMENTS

There are 13 Essential Vitamins needed to sustain the Body

Fat Soluble Vitamins-A,D, E &K

Water Soluble Vitamins-Pantholeic Acid, Folate, B-6 and B-12, Biotin, Riboflavin, Niacin, and Thiamine and Vitamin C (NIH, 2011).

• These are made from plants and can be used in different preparations and forms to treat a variety of issues
