     Mediation is like a missing piece of a puzzle from your heart . You wonder why you

    cannot have a piece of mind and try to focus. One form of this is to clear your mind and your

    consciousness and awareness only remains. When you’re sitting and relaxing, with no

    cares in the world you will ring your ody to a consciousness state y removing all ostacles
