This muck spreader with lowered body meets the most demanding professional criteria.

It is particularly suited to agricultural co-operatives and agricultural contracting enterprises

given its high resistance in time, and to the hardest working conditions. Its range includes

8 models, with single or double axle and loading volumes from 11 to 24 m3.

An optional Compostar system ensures a more homogeneous distribution of all kinds of ma-

nure and a DPA system (flow in proportion to the speed) allows a precise electronic management.

ADAPTATIONSeveral options are available to equip the muck spreaders with low body: 200 mm reinforced extensions, 2 Vaucanson chains (instead of the original shipping chains), a guillotine door with electrical satety device, mechanical door opening indicator and a Scharmüller Ø 80 mm eyelet.

RELIABILITYWith the Leboulch beaters with regular spirals and removable blades, the reversible and interchangeable blades made of Hardox, the moulded gearwheels, the protected shaft and transmission, the reinforced monocoque body and the continuous weldings, your Leboulch muck spreader is an example in terms of reliability.

MANUFACTURING QUALITYThe bolted body on non-deforming chassis in ST420 steel is fitted with upper and central continuous reinforcements. The EVOLUFARM is furthermore coated with a resistant paint after shot-blasting and phosphating and is fitted with a hydraulic floor tensioner and with mechanically welded steel gearwheels and steel pulley.

EASE OF USEMoving floor rotation in both directions, drive through tractor hydraulics with manual or hydraulic adjustment, lighting that can be manually folded, Hardox blades, high beaters with 45 cm clearance without extensions. Guillotine door as an option.

EVOLUPROFitted with a wide body that is extremely resistant to the more intensive working con-

ditions, the EVOLUPRO spreader combines sturdiness, efficiency and simplicity. De-

signed for high volumes, it is meant for the most demanding professional users. As

an option, it can be equipped with a Compostar system for an optimal work on large

widths (up to 24 m!). Finally, it is fitted with a 2-speed gearbox and can be transformed

in a silage trailer with door and specific silage extensions.

SPREADING TABLEThe spreading device is made up of Ø 640 and 720 mm horizontal beaters with bolted digging blades, as well as of two Ø 1,100 mm discs with 4 removable blades on monoblock crosspieces, whereby the working width can reach up to 24 m.

COMPOSTARThe Compostar equipment includes 2 horizontal beaters with bolted digging blades, 2 side boards to compost in a stationary way or at the field edge, an adjustable canopy that can be hydraulically lifted through a double-acting function of the tractor and 2 discs on a Ø 900 mm spreading table with reinforced beam.

PROTECTIONThere are many protections on the EVOLUPRO: reinforced front grate with side boards, anti-projection front cover, galvanized rear boards,full front bonnet protecting the boxes and hydraulic elements, removable mudguards, hydraulic door rams protected by a grate, lighting that can be folded and fully integrated hoses.

SPREADING QUALITYThe Evolupro is fitted with vertical beaters with Ø 1,100 mm intersecting regular spirals, a widened body for the matter to glide more easily, a drive through tractor hydraulics or hydraulic installation, a proportional electric control and shipping (14 or 16 mm depending on the model) or Vaucanson chains. Several options are available: reverse, single or electronic DPA (ton/ha system, weighing,...).

DPAFlow proportional to speed Through its LB 4000 control box, Leboulch allows to electronically manage the spreading process.According to the loaded volume, the working width, the flow/ha, the product density and the door position, the moving floor speed is automatically adjusted to meet the required flow.

The Compostar equipment includes 2 horizontal beaters with bolted digging blades, 2 side boards, a canopy and 2 discs on a spreading table.

The hydraulic floor is tensioned by means of a hand pump.

The guillotine door is tight and adjustable with an electric safety device and mechanical door opening indicator.It avoids load losses during transport and makes it possible to regulate the flow while spreading.

CONTROL BOXThe LB 4000 control box includes, inter alia, the following functions: • the DPA system (flow regulation in proportion to the speed: electric regulation of the moving floor accord-

ing to the driving speed of the running gear),• a display of the moving floor speed in cm/min and a reverser of the moving floor direction,• a door opening indicator,• a moving floor starting safety according to the guillotine door opening,• a display of the desired application rate/ha,• a display of the driving speed.
