    The S9703 cooling system consists of a fan module and an air filter. The fan module is locatedbehind the air exhaust vent (rear of the chassis), and the air filter is located outside the air intakevent (left side of the chassis).l The fan module can intelligently adjust the fan speed. It absorbs cold air into the chassis

    to dissipate heat generated by working components, ensuring that the chassis operateswithin a normal temperature range. For details about the performance and attributes of thefan module, see 5.1 S9700 Fan Module.

    l The air filter prevents dust from entering the chassis and ensures normal operation of thechassis.

    AirflowThe fan module in the S9703 chassis dissipates heat by absorbing air. Air flows from the leftside to the rear of the chassis. Figure 3-9 shows the airflow in the chassis.
