Fast Coaster SystemOur latest ‘system camera’ channel uses a 1.2Gbit/sec fibre optic link to deliver optimum images to a sales unit that can be as far as half a kilometre away. Flash Technology

The Picsolve roller coaster “MegaFlash” system is unique as it is the most advanced technology in the world. This technology is not available on the open market. “MegaFlash” is a multi-channel highpower flash system, delivering 1.8 million

Single Shot System

As well as our multi-unit Nova system, we have developed our Single Shot system to use the inherent quality of the Nikon Professional Digital SLR range. This enables us to take pictures up to a resolution of 10.2 Megapixel and yet incorporates the full suite of camera control features developed for the Nova system and its predecessors.

Housed in neat and unobtrusive waterproof housings and teamed with reliable studio monoblock flash units this system produces high impact pictures time after time.

Light weight and compact enough to be mounted in nearly any situation we can get the perfect action shot indoors or out. Furthermore, the images are constantly analysed to cope with varying light conditions and the results are fed back into the camera control functions to improve subsequent shots.

Even though we think of the system as a single shot, we have systems operating with up to 96 cameras!

Each camera operates through a Timing Control Unit that ensures we capture every row of seats, accurately timed to the millisecond.

Camera Technology

Our latest system “The Nova” and is based around a series of shutterless digital cameras that can capture 16 Megapixel resolutions at between 4 and 30 frames per second - fast enough to obtain pin sharp pictures on rides moving up to 112km/h.

Integrated flash system

Studio SystemStudio systems allow great shots for couples, families and groupsof friends. These studios create a fun environment with a lot of guestinteraction. With high quality studio style prints and a simple operating system this system can provide valuable extra income.

There are a number of different studio style solutions to choose from.

With the aid of various costumes visitors can go back in time to recreate an image of the past. Visitors can choose to go back to the wild west, have a Victorian tea party or become 1920’s gangsters.

We can configure the displays to have the correct time delay, ensuring nobodyis missed and the sales window is used to best effect.

Impact is everything and our systems are designed to send high quality images to a sales preview display over fibre optic cable, ready for your customers to arrive and see themselves on screen.

WalkaboutThis system is extremely effective for capturing guests as they enterand exit an attraction. The photographer will be provided with a high quality digital camera to take these photos.

These images can be viewed by the visitor with the use of Barcodes, wristbands, RFID or smartcards.

Printing

We use the latest high quality disublimation printers available on todays market. They are roll fed printers and it is easy to self-load the printer paper and ink ribbons. They will print an image within 30 seconds.

Image Processing

Selected zones of all images are analysed for brightness to enable automated feedback to the camera system to compensate for varying lighting conditions. The individual pictures can also be automatically corrected for under

Control

Every system is assembled, tested and calibrated at Picsolve Head Office before being delivered to the installation site for final configuration.

For installation purposes we have a fleet of highly experienced engineers who carry out each installation from putting in cables, erecting camera poles to software set up. This ensures you have full confidence in the installation through to the desired end.

Installation and Service

While you’ll find Picsolve imaging systems throughout the world, one of our great strengths is our local knowledge and support systems. We have people with in-depth knowledge of the environment in which your business operates.

We have technical and business development managers based in many countries such as the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Hong Kong, US and Japan.

Our Business Development Managers will train your staff onhow to use our systems and will probably be there at the sharp end on the first opening day of a new ride.

Photographs - Picsolve produce five varying sized prints. 6”x 4”, 7”x 5”, 9”x 6”, 8”x10” and A4.

All these prints can come with an overlay which will make the picture more themed toward the attraction. All our overlays are produced to the highest standard by a team of professional graphic designers.
