Objectives:We wish to study the differences in work life balance based on place of work (in our case Industry/ Academia) and gender (data permitting). .The research hypotheses are:Work Life Balance is a function of type/ place of work and gender.Work Life Balance in Academia and Industry differ significantly.Perceptions of Work Life Balance vary with respect to gender.
