    Annexure-I

    GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR TENDERERS All tenderers must carefully observe the following instructions:-

    1. Offers / tenders not strictly in accordance with these instructions shall be liable to

    rejection.2. Tenders must be completed in all respects.3. Telegraphic / Fax offers will not be accepted.4. Tenders should be submitted by Registered post or by hand. All pages should be duly

    signed & stamped by authorized representative of the firm as a token of acceptance ofterms/ conditions & scope of work of NIT.

    5. Offers / tenders should positively reach before last date prescribed for their receipt.Those received late will not be considered irrespective of whether the same was sentby registered post or otherwise.

    6. Only those firms are eligible to quote who have purchased tender set from RGTPP orhave downloaded the same from HPGCL website and are depositing the tender cost

    along with Part-I offer.7. All corrections made in the tender should be attested with full signatures.8. Tenders / offers received without earnest money shall be straight way rejected.9. The offers / tenders should be typed or written in ink. Anything written in pencil in the

    offer / tender shall be ignored. All cancellations, overwriting and insertions shall be dulyattested by the tenderer.

    10. In case, the date of submission / opening of tenders happen to be a holiday or aholiday is subsequently declared on that day, the tenders will be received / opened onthe next working day following the holiday at the same time & place.

    11. Since the contractor will be handling sophisticated equipments, he must have properskilled staff that has already worked on similar jobs.

    12. The firm should either be registered with the Labor Commissioner, Haryana or shouldget himself registered immediately after the award of the work. The payment can bewithheld for the want of the registration certificate.

    13. STUDY OF TENDER DOCUMENTS. Before quoting, the tenderer shall carefully study all the clauses and specifications of thetender documents. If tenderer has any doubt for the meaning of any portion of the tenderspecifications or find discrepancies or the tender documents issued are incomplete orneed clarification in technical aspects, scope of work etc., he shall at once contact theauthority inviting the tender for clarification before submission of the tender. Noarguments on this account whatsoever shall be entertained after the last date & time ofsubmission of tenders.

    14. INSPECTION OF SITE OF WORKBefore submission of tender, the tenderer is advised to inspect the site of work, theenvironment & get him-self acquainted with the actual work & other prevalent conditions,facilities available. No claim will be entertained later, on the ground of lack of knowledge.

    15. EARNEST MONEY.

    a) The tenderer shall be required to deposit earnest money of Rs.75, 000/- only in one ofthe following forms: -

    i) Demand draft drawn on the State Bank of Patiala payable at Hisar in favour of Sr. A.O. RGTPP, Khedar, Hisar

    ii) Cash at counter of RGTPP, Khedar, Hisar in the form of BA-16.iii) Earnest money in the name of any Officer other than mentioned above & in any other

    form will not be accepted.b) The earnest money of successful tenderer will be treated by the HPGCL as part of the

    security deposit for faithful execution of the contract.c) The Bank charges, if any, will be to the account of tenderer.

    d) No claim shall be entertained against the HPGCL in respect of interest on earnestmoney deposit.

    e) The failure on the part of tenderer to honour his commitment given in the tender willconstitute a default and in that event, his earnest money will stand forfeited by HPGCL.

    f) EMD shall also be forfeited in case the tenderer withdraws his tender at any stage duringthe currency of his validity period.

    Annexure-II

    SCOPE OF WORK FOR PART-A

    AMC FOR GENERAL / ROUTINE / PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF BOILER PRESSURE

    PARTS FOR 2X600 MW UNIT-I&II at RGTPP, Khedar, Hisar.

    The jobs detailed below shall be carried out by the firm round the clock as perrequirement to ensure smooth & trouble free operation.

    A Boiler Pressure Parts:-

    I OIL GUNS.

    All related works of removal/cleaning/refitting of HFO/LDO guns including minor repair worksi.e. steam/oil leakage from hose pipe is to be carried out by the firm.

    II Burners Tilt Mechanism

    Up keeping of burners tilt mechanism, clearing of any jamming including cleaning,replacement of shear pin & any other minor work involved in Burner Tilt.

    III Soot Blowing System

    1 Thorough inspection &u p keeping of wall & LRSB soot blowing system, oiling/greasing of drive mechanism including LRSB's and cleaning of components.

    2. Providing assistance during soot blowing, manual withdrawal during stuck up of sootblower in advance position with handle or chain pulley block, if required .

    3. Removal of damaged Wall blower/LRSB part immediately in next available shut-down.

    IV. Safety Valves:-

    Popping-up of safety valve, if required should be carried out. Providing assistancewhen a safety valve got floated to set-right the same .

    V. Ash-Clinker:-

    Immediateremoval of ash clinker from 9 meter elevation/goose neck area by

    deploying sufficient manpower as per requirement.

    VI. LP Welding.

    1. Minor repairingWork of LP welding jobs/joints of all size includingreplacement of pipe, if any will be covered in the scope of part-A

    2. Fabrication & Erection of Misc. minor Steel structure up to one ton .

    VII. Routine Work on High Pressure Valve/Low Pressure valve:-

    a) Daily check-up of high-pressure valve required to avoid minor leakage fromvalve glands, bonnet flange. If any minor leakage observed attend & informimmediately to Engineer In-Charge.

    b) Opening/closing of high pressure valve/low pressure valve manually as perdirection of Engineer In-Charge.

    VIII. Coal Leakage.

    Coal Leakages near the burner panel (27 to 40 met. Elevation) isolating gateshall be checked every-day and attended immediately, if any. Coal leakage ofvictaulic coupling is in scope of ARC of coal mills.

    IX. BCP pumps:-

    I. Purging of BCP pump located at 24 met. Elevation shall be carried out inpresence of operation staff whenever required.

    II. Clearing of any choking of BC Pump cooler and purge cooler.

    X. Inspection of Bottom Ring Header.

    Thorough inspection of bottom ring header have to carried out in any brief shut -down of plant to ensure position of orifice plate which facilitates balancedassisted circulation in boiler.

    XI. Daily round of boiler (from 0 met. to 90 met.) in morning and in eveningshift and inform/attend immediately, if any abnormality observed.

    XII. COMMON ACTIVITIES

    1. Attending of oil / steam / water leakage in boiler area ( from zero meter to 92.5meter) in steam tracing line, drains line, vents, C&I tapping including minormodification/repair of pipe line which includes gas cutting, grinding & welding upto 1 inch pipeline.

    2. Attending leakages of manholes / peepholes by providing asbestos ropes andtightening of bolts including its opening & closing in boiler area & ducting.

    3. Removal/refixing of any dislocated skin casing in the boiler area are under thescope of work.

    4. Attending the minor leakage of HFO / LDO / Steam / Air & Water from the valvesflanges at any location of boiler by replacement of gasket/welding.

    5. Any day to day routine / preventive maintenance work including minor weldingof broken cleats, supports and brackets etc. as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

    6. Erection of minor temporary Platform including 2-3 pipes/Jalis required to executeany work shall be in the scope of contractor.

    7. The removal of insulation, G. I. sheet / AL Sheet up to one meter square or so tocarry out any job & re-fixing the same after completing the job will be in the scopeof contractor.

    Note:-

    1, Above works related to routine / preventive maintenance are of indicative natureand may be carried out periodically. Out of the above jobs, some activities will berequired to be undertaken as per site requirement on daily need basis.

    2. Any of the work relating to above scope not indicated but required to be carriedout as per site requirement is deemed to be included and contractor shallaccomplish the same at no extra cost.

    done from other agency at the risk and cost of the contractor.

    13. If required, the space for office and store can be provided if available by HPGCL.The site office should be well painted and constructed in such a way that it shouldgive a good look.

    14. In case spares are not available at site or in store and same are required to beremoved from other equipments i.e. boiler & its auxiliaries etc., the contractor isbound to do same without any extra cost.

    15. The dismantled spares, new spares, kept at site for emergency use should beproperly stacked, kept cleaned and covered properly in safe custody.

    16. If the grating of platform / stairs, railings, etc. get damaged while carrying out therepair work, same shall be rectified / repaired by the contractor.

    17. Contractor will arrange all measuring instruments like micrometers, verniercalipers, scales, dial gaugeetc.

    18. Additional manpower will be required to be mobilized during overhauling of anyunit and the contractor will ensure adequacy of manpower so that overhaulingworks are completed in time.

    19. The contractor shall make an arrangement so that his authorized representative isavailable round the clock at specified location to take maintenance job on all daysincluding Sundays / Holidays. The Supervisor / Foreman deputed by thecontractor should be technically sound and should have full know-how of theboiler & its auxiliaries.

    Annexure-V

    GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. PRICES

    The rates shall be firm inclusive of taxes & statutory duties (except service tax atthe applicable rate) during the period of contract.

    2. PERIOD OF CONTRACT

    The period of contract shall be for one year from the date of commencement ofwork. A notice of seven days shall be given for starting the job, but the contractorshould be able to mobilize his resources within 24 hours, if necessity arises.

    3. PENALTY / DEDUCTIONS

    a) i) If the quality of work is not up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge or there isdelay in attending of jobs of Part-A, a penalty @ 2% of the monthly lump sumcharges shall be levied on the contractor for each default.

    a. ii) If the contractor does not provide sufficient labor as per Annexure-III per unit fortechnical maintenance jobs and for carrying out activities under Part-A of Scope ofWork then a penalty of Rs. 500/- per person per shift shall be levied.The supervisordeployed for supervision of day/night activity should be a diploma holder or an ITIwith three or more year experience in boiler pressure parts.

    b. For the works covered under Part-B, a penalty @2% per hour (if completion timeis in hours) or @ 2% per day (if completion period is in days) shall be levied,subject to max.10% of total rate of that particular item. The completion time as perwork order will be indicated in the indent.

    c. If any unit is put under shut down for overhauling, then the period ofoverhauling i.e. date of box up of boiler to date of light up of boiler will be treatedas total time for completion of any or all items of works. If the time taken for thecompletion of any or all items of works exceeds the shutdown period of the unit,penalty @2% per day per unit shall be levied on the total charges to be paid tothe contractor for the activities scheduled to be carried out during shutdownperiod.

    d. In case, HPGCL is unable to supply the spares in time to the contractor afteropening of any equipment and the contractor is unable to complete the job inabsence of these spares, then the contractor will be allowed the extension inscheduled time for completion of that delayed activity for the period for whichcontractor has not been provided the spares. This extension will be grantedwith the approval of SE / In-charge, RGTPP, HPGCL, Khedar, Hisar. In caseany spares of the equipment under outage are to be repaired & machined in theHPGCL / Private workshop and the job getsdelayed, the extension in completiontime will also be considered accordingly with the approval of SE / In-charge, RGTPP, HPGCL, Khedar, Hisar . However, nothing extra will be paid for idlingtime etc.

    4. FORCE MAJEURE Contractor shall not be liable for any delay for reasons arising out of compliancewith regulations, orders or instructions of Central / State Govt., acts of the God,acts of civil and Military authorities, fires, floods, strikes, lockout, freightembargoes, war-risk, riots, civil commotion, epidemics and accidental. If thecontractor wants to extend the completion period under this clause, he willrequest for such extension of the completion period along with all necessaryevidence, before the expiry of the schedule date of completion. In no case, thecompletion period shall be extended under this clause, in case the request isreceived after the due date of completion. Extension in the completion periodmay be granted only for the period for which the completion of the work isproved by the contractor to have been delayed for circumstances mentionedin the clause.

    5. NEGLIGENCE

    If the contractor neglects to execute the work with due diligence and expeditionor refuses to do the work, then HPGCL may serve 15 days notice , in writing

    to the contractor to make good the failure within the stipulated time otherwiseHPGCL shall be at liberty to take the work wholly or partially at the risk and costof the contractor at a reasonable price. It shall be lawful for the HPGCL to retainany balance which may otherwise be due to the contractor on any account, ifdues of the contract are not sufficient to cover the amount thus recoverablefrom the contractor and to recover the whole of the balance of the amount from

    the contractor by action at law or otherwise. The remedy under this clause will bein addition to and without prejudice to rights available to the HPGCL under otherclauses of the terms and conditions.

    6. SUBLETTING NOT ALLOWED Contractor shall neither sublet the contract nor suspend the work at any timeduring the period of contract without any lawful excuse and without the earlierpermission of the project authorities.

    7. SECURITY DEPOSIT AND EMD

    10% of the monthly running bill will be retained as security deposit from eachrunning / monthly bill of the contractor. However, the earnest money depositedby the contractor shall be adjusted into the security deposit. Security Deposit &EMD shall be returned to the contractor after the faithful execution and satisfactory completion of contract including guarantee /warranty period and completion of all pending documentary formalities. No claimfor interest on security amount shall be acceptable. If the contractor fails orneglects to observe or perform any of his obligationsunder the contract, it shall be lawful for the HPGCL to forfeit either in whole orin part at its absolute discretion, the security deposit furnished by thecontractor. The forfeiture of security deposit shall be without prejudice to the rightof the HPGCL to recover any further amount of anyliquidated or other damages, under payments or over payments made to thecontractor under this contract or any other contract.

    8. PERIOD OF LIABILITY

    The contractor shall give guarantee for the work done for a period of 45 days or500 running hours whichever is earlier from the date of successfulcommissioning of equipment repaired. During the liability period, if any defect isobserved in the equipment, which is attributed to poor workmanship or poorquality of material used by the contractor, the same shall be attended by thecontractor at his own cost.

    9. DOCUMENTATION / BILLING

    All measurements shall be in metric system. All the works completed will bemeasured by the representative of the Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor willsubmit the bill in triplicate on approved Performa to the Engineer-in-Charge.The bill for works covered under category A i.e. works for General / Routine /preventive maintenance will be raised in two parts, half for each Unit-I&IIrespectively. For works covered under category "B" i.e. the works for whichunit rates are applicable, the bill will be raised separately for Unit-I&II as per theactual works carried out for each unit.

    10. ENGAGEMENT OF ADEQUATE LABOR The contractor would station adequate working persons of the category like FM/supervisor / high pressure welder, technician / fitter, welder cum gas cutter,riggers skilled / unskilled, electrician etc. and would deploy them in such a waythat the maintenance work is carried out effectively and without any delay roundthe clock. However, contractor shall make his arrangement to deploy minimummanpower as per Annexure-III round the clock per unit as job is of continuousnature. No extra payment on this account will be made. The work shall have to bestarted immediately as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge or hisrepresentative. The contractor should be able to mobilize the working force as perthe quantum of work and should be capable of executing maintenance worksimultaneously at all the fronts depending upon the site requirements. If morepersons are required for completion of work in the time schedule as per

    The payment shall be made through account payee cheque in favor ofcontracting firm by the Sr. Accounts Officer, RGTPP, HPGCL, Khedar, Hisar. NoBank charges etc. of any kind shall be paid by HPGCL.

    14. INCOME AND OTHER TAXES DEDUCTIONS

    The income tax plus surcharges and any other statutory levies required to bededucted by the HPGCL will be deducted at source at the rate applicable fromtime to time. Copy of PAN no. should be supplied.

    15. SERVICE TAX

    No service tax will be paid extra until and unless it is liable on the servicesprovided by the contractor and specifically demanded for the same in his offer.However, non-claiming of servicetax from the HPGCL by the contractor cannothelp the contractor in escaping from his liability to the Govt. against the taxable service. In case, the service tax is to be paid by the HPGCL, the contractor willhave to submit the proof of submission of service tax claimed from HPGCL to the

    relevant authority. 16. EPF REGISTRATION

    The contractor / firm should be registered with the Regional Employees ProvidentFund Commissioner, Govt. of India and should possess valid EPF Registrationnumber. Contractorshall ensure the deposit of monthly EPF contribution of hisworkers engaged on said workswith EPF Department in the accounts of theworkers. Documentary evidence in respect of the amount deposited for theprevious month must be submitted before submitting the bill for the followingmonth by the contractor.

    17. INSURANCE

    Immediately before the commencement of the work, a group insurance policy ofappropriate value valid for the term of the contract in respect of all the workersdeployed on work under Workman Compensation Act 1923 shall be obtained by thecontractor to cover up the risk of injury / death /fatal / non-fatal accident. Thedocumentary proof of the same shall have to be furnished with the first running bill.The contractor shall be fully and wholly responsible for any mishappening, injury,fatal / non-fatal accident sustained by him / his employees / workers at site duringperformance of the work under the contract and HPGCL shall not entertain any claimof this account. However, if HPGCL is forced to pay any compensation to any

    workman employed / engaged by the contractor, the amount so paid shall berecovered from the contractor from his pending dues against this contract or anyother contract with the HPGCL.

    18. LABOR LAWS

    I. The contractor must get himself registered with the Labor Department, Haryanaunder Section-7 of Labor Contract Act 1970.

    II. He should also obtain a valid Labor License as applicable under Section 12 of Act for the work awarded to him immediately after the allotment of work and acopy of the same must be submitted along with the contract Agreement.

    III. The contractor shall abide by all labor-laws required to be followed underFactories Act, 1948, Industrial Dispute Act 1947, Workmen Compensation Act1923, EPF Act 1952, Payment of Wages Act 1936 & Minimum Wages Act 1948and other rules & regulations framed by Central / Haryana Govt. from time to timein this regard.

    IV. The contractor shall maintain necessary records viz. Register of wages, Musterroll / Attendance register , Employment card / Gate Pass, Overtime Register andother necessary recordsetc. as required under aforesaid Acts and the sameshall be made available to the Engineer-in-Charge / Project Authorities /Govt. of Haryana for checking / inspection as and when required.

    V. The contractor shall indemnify the HPGCL against all the obligations of theLabor Rules and Regulations under any Statutory Act as mentioned above.

    VI. The contractor shall submit an undertaking stating that all risks &responsibilities towards labor will be owned by him.

    VII. The contractor will engage labor after getting the character antecedents verifiedfrom the Police department.

    VIII. The workmen engaged by the contractor shall not be treated as employeesof HPGCL. The HPGCL shall have no relation with workers engaged by thecontractor. An affidavit from the labor / workmen shall be submitted by thecontractor that they will not claim themselves as employees of HPGCL.

    IX. The contractor shall deduct labor welfare fund @Rs. 10/- from each workerwith employers share @ Rs. 20/- per worker (i.e. total Rs. 30/- for each worker orany other further amendment by the competent authority) deposit the same withthe Welfare Commissioner, Haryana, Chandigarh and present its documentaryproof along with the bill.

    19. SAFETY RULES a) The firm shall have to comply with all the safety rules. The XEN/Factory

    Manager shall impose penalty of Rs.200/-per day per head if the workers offirm are found to be working carelessly and/or in violation of use of properpersonal protective equipments. Against violation of any clause a penalty ofRs. 500/- per violation (minimum) shall be levied. In case of repeated violation ofserious nature resulting in very serious accident or direct loss to thecorporation/threaten to cause severe consequences, higher penalty may beimposed including suspension/termination of contract of the firm. In case of anyfatal/non fatal accident or any violation of Factory Act-1948. Pb. & Hr. Factoryrules-1952 or any other industrial or labor act are made by/with the worker of thefirm and if prosecution is launched by Chief Inspector of Factories, Chandigarhagainst occupier/Factory Manager and any other authority of HPGCL, the firmshall be liable to deposit of fine/penalty decided by the court on the same day . Incase of default the amount shall be recovered from the pendingdues/liabilities of the firm against this contract or any other contract atRGTPP besides other action HPGCL may deemed fit.

    b) A safety clearance certificate from XEN/Factory Manager has to beattached along with bill.

    20. LOSS OF PLANT / HPGCL PROPERTY DURING EXECUTION OF THEWORK

    The contractor shall ensure that no damage or loss is done to HPGCL / Plantproperty or any other agency in the jurisdiction of work site. In case, it is found thatthere is any loss to the plant equipment, HPGCL property or human being due tonegligence of the labor / worker of the contractor, the same shall be made good toHPGCL by the contractor at his own cost.

    21. BREACH OF CONTRACT

    If the contractor fails to adhere to the time schedule or if his services are found tobe unsatisfactory, the HPGCL will be entitled at its option either:-

    a) To recover damages as per penalty clause mentioned as above, if the said delay isnot covered under the Force Majeure reasons.

    b) To get the work done from any other agency after serving a notice of three days tothe contractor at his risk and cost and without prejudice to the other provisions ofthe work order.

    ORc) To cancel the contract by giving 15 days notice & forfeit the security.

    22. CONTRACT AGREEMENT The contractor shall execute a contract agreement on specific Performa on Non

    judicial Stamp Paper of appropriate value within 7 days of date of issue of LOI /W.O. Cost of the stamp paper will be borne by the contractor. The person whohas signed the tender papers should have got authority to sign on behalf of thecontractor. If it is discovered at any time that the person so signing has noauthority to do so, the HPGCL without prejudice to any other right or remedyavailable to it, may cancel the contract and get the work done from any otheragency at risk and cost of the contractor. The contractor shall mean thecontractor'slegal representatives, successors and assigns.

    23. ARBITRATIONIn all cases of disputes or disagreements between the parties arising out for the

    settlement of the differences, the matter shall be finally settled by the Arbitratorappointed by the Chief Engineer, RGTPP, HPGCL & the dispute will be dealtin accordance with provision of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

    24. JURISDICTION

    All legal proceedings in connection with contract shall be subject to the territorial jurisdiction of local court at Hisar (Haryana).

    25. ELECTRICITY / AIR / WATER

    Electricity/ Air / Water will be provided free of cost at one point per unit as perrequirement of job. HPGCL may provide suitable space for site store / temporaryworkshop free of charges to the contractor. The electricityfor site store / officewill be provided by HPGCL free of cost. The contractor will use electricity / air /water judiciously.

    26. ACCOMMODATION

    The contractor will be responsible for the accommodation of his employees /workers deployed for execution of work. However, if the accommodation isavailable with HPGCL the same may be allotted on chargeable basis as perHPGCL rules.

    27. TRANSPORTATION OF MATERIAL

    a) The contractor shall make his own arrangement for transportation of thematerial from O&M stores to site of work, from site of work to O&M workshop, ifrequired and return of scrap back to stores. The contractor shall also assist inloading / unloading of material being sent for repairs or received after repair to /

    from outside of RGTPP.b) The contractor shall make his own arrangement for removal of old as well as

    unused material from the site to the place as specified by the Engineer-in-Chargeafter completion of work.

    28. PRESERVATION & STORAGE OF MATERIAL

    All the material issued to the contractor by the HPGCL or brought by thecontractor for its bonafide use shall be stored and preserved against any loss,damage, shrinkages or deterioration in any form. Any damage / loss sufferedon this account shall be considered as loss due to willful negligence on part of

    the contractor and shall be liable to compensateHPGCL for these losses suffered at penal rates to be determined by theHPGCL. The rates charged for the purpose of recovery shall be final andbinding on the contractor.

    29. SUPERVISION OF WORK

    a) The Engineer-in-Charge shall have the general supervision of the work. Thework shall have to be started by the contractor as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge or his authorized representative at any time on working day, onholiday or after office hours, and shall be confirmed by post dated indent. Theindent will indicate the date / time of start of work, details of work and scheduledtime of completion of work as per contract. The time allowed for a workmaintained in the indent will be addition of time of all the jobs / activities as percontract. The Engineer-in-Charge may reduce the total cumulative time of variousactivities, keeping in view of emergency to bring back the equipment in time. Thetotal time allowed by the Engineer-in-Charge will be final & binding on thecontractor. He has the authority to stop the work whenever such stoppage isnecessary to ensure the proper execution of the contract. He shall also haveauthority to reject all works or part thereof and give necessary direction to carryout work again to his satisfaction. No claim whatsoever on this account will beentertained. The work shall be subjected to the inspection by Engineer-in-Chargeall the time.

    b) The decision of Engineer-in-Charge shall be final with regards to all mattersrelating to his contract.

    c) The decision of Engineer-in-Charge for determining the category of the work withreference to the items not mentioned in scope of work shall be final.

    d) The execution of work may entail working at all the sites and weatherconditions and no extra claim will be considered on this account. The contractormay have to carry out jobs and work round the clock, as per the requirement tobe decided by Engineer-in-Charge. No extra claim / over time will be paid on thisaccount.

    e) In case the contractor fails to do the extra / substituted work, Engineer-in-Chargewill have the option to get the work done through any other agency at the risk &cost of the contractor.

    f) In case of any dispute, the contractor may represent in writing to the Engineer-in-Charge.

    30. TELEPHONE The successful contractor shall provide the phone facility to his supervisor tofacilitate HPGCL for easy communication with the contactor. The phone Number

    shall be intimated by the contractor immediately after the award of the contract.31. AUTHORIZED REPERSENTATIVE

    The firm will intimate (in writing) the name of authorized representative atsite to whom necessary instructions regarding the works can be imparted andwho will make correspondence regarding contract related issues. Thesignatures of the aforesaid authorized representative shall be got attestedfrom First Class Magistrate or Notary Public.

    32. OWNERSHIP DEED

    The firm will give ownership deed / partnership deed / proprietorship deed (asapplicable) duly attested by Notary Public for record and reference of his office.

    33. Any other work relating to preventive maintenance of the equipments notmentioned in Part-A of scope of work but otherwise felt necessary will also be inthe scope of contractor. No extra payment on this account will be made.

    34. The frequency of works covered under Part-B can vary depending upon sitecondition. But the total value of the work order shall remain fixed for the periodmentioned in the order.
