Understanding the cloudIt is challenging to make sense of cloud
computing. Hype,
misconceptions, and the lack of dened nomenclature make it

The service consists of the following functions:
Initiation phaseHP consultants hold an Application
Transformation to Cloud
Workshop to review completeness of your HP Cloud Suitability
Questionnaire with your subject-matter experts.
Analysis phase
We evaluate each application for its suitability to cloud in
accordance with the Business and Technical Alignment models
as shown in Figure 1.
Reporting phase
HP consultants conduct a meeting with you to review the
analysis
and suitability of each application.
