Hints…
• This is a quick guide to using ANZCRO Online
• It would be beneficial to open ANZCRO Online on another screen whilst reading these booking tips
• This will only take a couple of minutes and is well worth it
• For assistance please call the ANZCRO Online team in your applicable country
• The “Help” button on the top right hand corner of your screen shows Contact Details, Operational Hours, FAQs & Clue Cards

Create a New Quote/Booking
• Select the required service e.g. Accom, Car, Camper etc
• Enter passenger numbers, dates and locations
• Use city locations, as airport search will only display cars/ properties right at airport terminal
• Keyword search for Accom, Sights and Transport returns items with the word in their name
• Click “Search”

• Select the property/product to see the specific rooms and rates “Available now” and all other options
“Available now” means ANZCRO has allotment for the product

• Use Expand or Collapse buttons to see all items at once
• Highlight item and click “View Hotel/Car/Motorhome” etc for detailed information on the product
• Or click “Add Room/Car/ Motorhome” to continue to add the item to your quote

Add Room/Product
Always read the “Essential Booking Notes”, its only 6 lines and very relevant
• Select a room type or specific bedding configuration
• Optional extras can be added with many products if required, e.g Breakfasts for Accom, Chains and Racks for Cars or Insurance Options for some Campervan companies
• Some Optional Extras may require prepayment, others may be paid direct, click “Re-price” to update optional extras that have been added

• At anytime during the “Add Room” process you can click “View Room/Product” to open the detailed product description
• Now “Add to Itinerary”

Itinerary Building
Items in the shopping cart on the left side of the screen
• Once Verified/Saved the itinerary will display in date order
• All products can be amended once saved as a quote, however not once the quote has been converted to a booking
• Include sightseeing to increase your booking value
• Make sure you check child ages in “Essential Booking Notes”
• When complete Click “Verify/Save Quote”

Verify/Save Quote
• Select “Add Pax” a primary contact is required, Title (drop box) and tab/double click to add First and Last Name (all that’s needed for a quote)
• “Save as Quote” Adds the quote to “My Bookings”, a number is assigned and the quote/booking and it’s status can be seen by all agency staff

Quote/Booking
• You may re-enter your quote at any time to “Make Amendments”, “Add Items”, “Print Report/Invoice” including or excluding commission and “Print itinerary”. Or “Convert to booking”

Booking Status and Process
• Once “Converted”, the booking generates to ANZCRO Online Team and is checked for Itinerary continuity and that all relevant details are supplied. Following this, booking confirmation will be processed as soon as possible
• Bookings can be viewed, showing up to date status.
• Payment details can be loaded against the booking
• Documents will be issued by ANZCRO and forwarded in the regular fashion by mail or email, depending on urgency of departure
Convert to Booking
• When converting to a booking all names are required, as are child ages
• A “Notes” field for any relevant client/booking details will also appear
• Once converted to a booking, if trying to amend a booking, a “Note” field relating to the component will generate an email directly to ANZCRO Online
