SPA ETIQUETTE:The spa environment is a place of calm and relaxation. We ask all

Guests to respect the quiet and privacy of other Spa Guests by speaking softly and turning off mobile devices.

ARRIVALWe ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled

service to check in and begin your relaxation. Late arrivals will result in abbreviated service.

FACILITIESIf you would like to enjoy our wet relaxation area, including steam room and whirlpool, a swimsuit will be required.

CANCELLATIONWe request 4 hours advanced notice to avoid being

charged for the full service amount.

GRATUITYA 20% gratuity will be added to all spa services.

Additional gratuities are at your discretion.

AGE REQUIREMENTSpa Guests must be 18 years and over to enjoy a spa service without supervision. Younger Guests less than 18 years need to be accompanied by an adult at all times. Select services

are available for Children ages 4 – 12.

FOR YOUR COMFORTPlease leave valuables in your resort room safe or at home and

dress comfortably to enjoy your spa day.

MEDICAL CONCERNSWe respect the health of our Guests. If you have a medical condition,

we ask that you consult your physician prior to receiving spa services. Guests who are pregnant must be past their
