How to Save   

to your OneDrive (Knights) in  

UCF Apps  

 

 

Starting Fall 2016, you will have the ability to access your Knightsemail OneDrive for Business documents through UCF 

Apps!   

NOTE: This article assumes you know how to set up and use the Knightsemail OneDrive for Business account.  If you 

have yet to set up and use OneDrive, please follow this helpful tutorial: http://www.cst.ucf.edu/wp‐

content/uploads/OneDrive‐in‐Office‐365.pdf, then come back to this tutorial. 

Step1: Log into kumo.apps.ucf.edu and click on the log in button. Use your NID and NID password to log in.  

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step2: Click on the drop down to the right of OneDrive for Business and select “Authorize”. 

You will then be direct to another web page to login into you Knights account. 

 

Step3: Now, log into UCF Apps by going to Go to: https://my.apps.ucf.edu/ and login in with NID and NID Password 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step4: Click the Apps icon at the top center of the page of the page. Then click “All” if it is not on that category already. 

Open the app you would like to use. For purposes of this demonstration, we will open IBM SPSS Statistics. 

 

 

 

Step5: To save a document to your OneDrive4Business drive select “File”, then “Save As” and click the drop down in the 

highlighted example.  

 

 

Step6: Now select OneDrive for Business (or the O: Drive). Appropriately name your document and click save.  

 

Step7: To open a document, select “File” then “Open”, then “Data”. Click on the drop down box that is highlighted in the 

example below.  

 

 

Step8: Now select OneDrive for Business (or the O: Drive) and select the file you would like to open as shown in the 

example below.
