NOTE: YOU CANNOT SEE LIST OF CLASSES IF YOU HAVE LOGIN AS CLASS ADVISER

FOR SYSTEM ADMIN, SELECT THE GRADE AND SECTION WITH CORRECTIONS, CLICK VIEW ENROLMENT

LIST OF PUPILS IN A CERTAIN SECTION

FOR ADVISER/SYSTEM ADMIN

Click a Profile of Pupil/Student with data corrections in the Masterlist

Click Here

In the profile, Click … icon (see figure), select Correct basic profile

Click Here

Change History – you can view the history for all the changes you have made

Type the Valid Reason why you are changing your data

In the New Data, you can input the correct data (Lastname or Firstname or Middlename, If no Middlename, remove the middlename and click the box No Middlename, you can also change the Gender and Date of Birth

Form Validation Failed appears when you click Check because the Reason is empty

NO REASON

After typing the Reason and changes, Click Check

Click revise if you want to edit or change a Field in the New Data, or Click Submit if no more revision

Request submitted, if you want to cancel request, Click Cancel Request, then Click Ok, if not, click Close

Click Data Correction Tab, Click Change Request, then it will display the Adviser Request and Pending Requests

TO CHANGE /VIEW REQUEST

Click View

CLICK VIEW TO OPEN REQUEST OR PENDING REQUEST

Click View

You can cancel/ change your request by Clicking Cancel Request then click OK or you can Close

Click Here

In the Data Correction Tab, Change Request and Click Approved if you want to know if your request is already approved or Click Disapproved to view Disapproved request.

Note: All approved requests will immediately take effect in the masterlist and school forms

In the Masterlist Tab, the changes take effect from Jose Mari to Jose Marie
