Method #1 Method #2Ingredients:. Tapioca starch (or Wheat flour is ok, too).. Sweet potato (or banana, or corn). Sugar. Milk (unnecessary)

Step 1: slice sweet potato like either of photos. I prefer the first one.

Step 2: Mix wheat flour, water, sugar, or milk (if you want)

Step 3: Soak sliced sweet potato in the mixture before fry them in hot oil.
