Talk for a while with customers so as to realize:

- The good speakers- The issues they are talking/concern about- Getting closer to them

making our task much more easier

2. During presentation:

- keeping eye-contact like M letter (avoid looking at 1 side)

- ..

2. During presentation:

- remembering their name (if possible)

- making something for fun

- ..

3. After presentation:

- come up with the conclusion

- Answer some questions they may have

- say…thank you (sharing/attention)
