How-To Make Banana Bread

Kindergarten made Banana Bread to share with parents on the Conference

Days

What you need:

• butter - soft

• 1 cup brown sugar

• 1 teaspoon vanilla

• 2 eggs

•3 bananas

•1 ½ cups flour

• pinch ground cinnammon

•1 teaspoon baking powder

•¼ cup maple syrup

(Remember to turn the oven on – 160C)

1.

Put sugar, butter and vanilla in bowl beat until its creamy. Then add eggs 1 at a

time.

2.

Mash the banana with a fork and put into the mixture.

3.

Pour the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and maple syrup into the mixture.

4.

Beat the mixture until everything is mixed together

5.

Spoon the mixture into a long cake tin.

6.

Bake the banana bread in the oven for 1 hour.

(Reminder – let the banana bread cool in the tin )
